Awkward

Chapter 4/The Fun begins

As soon as I saw my house, I saw Katie standing at the front door jumping up and down like a kangaroo. I asked her what's her problem.

     She said "Well I don't know, maybe my best friend has a boyfriend!"

     I said "Oh yeah, I still think it's gonna be awkward between us, now that we are dating." As I was opening my front door to walk inside. I went to my kitchen to get a snack. I grabbed the bottle of ranch and the bag of salad. After I got finished with that, I went up to my room and started on my homework. I had math, science, and English to do tonight.

(Two hours later)

     I finally got math and science done, and I ate dinner too. It was 5:30 and I was on snapchat texting Katie. Then I got a call from Conner.

     "Hello", he said.

     "It's me", I said.

     "Lol", he said.

     "So why did you call me?" I said.

     He said, " Because I was wondering, what you were doing tomorrow night?"

     I said, " Nothing, why?"

    " We have to work on our English project, it's due next Monday", he said.

     He hung up and texted me and said okay I'll be over there tomorrow at 5 pm. I put my phone down and went to the bathroom to put on my nightly moisturizer and acne cream. Then I walked to my closet and put on some pjs. I went to my fuzzy twin size bed. I closed my eyes.
