Awkward

Chapter 6/Weirdness

     I didn't know what to do next so I just texted Conner to go home because I wasn't feeling good. He said okay and left the park after he cleaned the picnic all up. I called Katie and said she needed to come over here right now so as I said that she knocked on my door and literally walked in and went up to my room. She asked me how the date went and everything and I said it was terrible. She asked "why." I said " Because he asked me how long have I liked him" and she said "how is that bad?" I answered stressed out " because I just don't know, I've liked him since the end of sixth grade and I didn't want to say that and what if he said he has liked me since the beginning of 8th grade.

     I started to cry and Katie went over and made me feel better. She asked me if I was going to talk to him and I said I don't know, I mean maybe, yeah. A second later Conner called me and u declined it because I was so nervous.

  (The next day)

     It was 5:30 when my alarm went off and it was really hard for me to get out of bed. I get dressed, did hair and makeup, ate breakfast and fed Sady. I was so nervous for today and I couldn't bare to go to school today. I walked over to Katie's house so her mom could drop
us off at school.

  (10 minutes later)

     When we got to school, I saw Blake, Luke, and Conner standing out in front of the school building. When they walked up to us it was so awkward because Katie and Luke hugged and me, Conner, and Blake just stood there staring at each other.  I kinda ignored Conner for the rest of the day.

     Math went pretty boring as usual. Science was interesting. And lunch was very interesting because the only three people who were talking were Blake, Katie, and Luke. Conner and I were just silent and didn't talk to each other at all. I walked home by myself  from school today because Katie was walking with Luke to his house. And Conner, Blake went to Blake's house. I started to cry again as I was walking up to my house for some odd reason, just kidding you know exactly why probably.
