now we are sitting in my room in silence. that's why he never took off his mask.
"your name is keaton isn't it!"
he didn't move
"isn't it!"
he gave up on hiding and took off his mask. i smiled at him and he smiled back, but looked afraid.
"hi, i'm keaton stromberg."
i just started laughing and he gave me a weird look.
"wait until leslie and jesse hear this one!" i picked up my phone and was about to text leslie, when keaton grabbed my phone out of my hand.
"NO! no one can know where i am!"
"why?" i started giggling
"i came back to town for my sister, but i'll never get to her if there are hundreds of fans waiting for me outside and at the hospital waiting for me."
"so no one knows about your sister?"
"no. its been kept a secret."
"oh thank god!"
"why would it matter to you?"
"well this is the whole reason i've been hiding."
"why you saved my sister?"
"no one knows what happened to the other two girls. right? or knows who they are, so i don't know if they're after me!"
"well you fought the girl off. why would they come back for more?"
" i dont know if they have a gun, a knife a bat! or anything that i can't defend myself against!" i paced around the room. "or...or even more people!"
"why would you think that?"
"what fight can you think of that, that someone has stepped into to break it up and save the victim and has gone away safe?"
"a teacher-"
"maybe, but don't they hate them the rest of their lives, think, think of how much they want to get them back and can't because they'll get kicked out, but in this case they can."
keaton walked closer to me "Audry they wont come back for you trust me!"
i stared in his eyes rememebering all the weird moments we met and wondering the chances of all of this. i save his sister, bump into him a few times and now he's in my room just stanging here when i'd love to be doing something else! hahaha
"what?" keaton laughed
i snapped out of the trance.
"daa- i duntknow"
