Check out my new stuff called tortured. It's a gateway to my mind, my past and most importantly my struggles. Sometimes reading someone else have similar problems as you makes you realize that it isn't that big of a deal and that you can move on from the past. It's written totally different then anything I've ever done before. It can be confusing and misleading, but definitely use the tools I give and listen to the music. It gives the feel of what I'm going for and definitely makes the feeling more effective.
