Adventure Of A Lifetime

Kaboom!

After several failed attempts, the Mistress slammed her spider abdomen, making a rip through the skin that ran along the length of her spider heart. Illoaide jumped out of the wound and waved to the Mistress.  
"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO ME?!!!"  she screamed, howling in pain and gasping for air. She dropped to the ground and wriggled, seizing her abdomen. Her spinnerets fired maniacally as she writhed around.

Elise and Concorde went out of the ripped part along with the spiders and jumped to the water where Illoaide was swimming below. Fuzzy purple spiders surrounded Mistress Hourglass as her wound and her marking glowed.

And then, all was silent for a moment, and finally Mistress Hourglass and all the spiders surrounding her blew up with a final bloodcurdling, earpiercing scream, sending ectoplasm, purple smoke and ghostly debris flying.

Concorde, Illoaide, and Elise washed up ashore on the Ionian shore. Madam Vessaria walked towards them, and said, "Elise, Concorde, Illoaide, please get up." The three got up, albeit weakly. "You've done well!" Madam Kolminye continued, "Three of you! However, upon hearing the news of Elise, we are willing to overlook her, but she has to be on hiatus until we can think of a solution to her problem."

"Well, as long as she still stays that way until you find a way for her to be able to use all her three forms," Illoaide replied, "can she stay with us, please?" The High councilor thought for a moment, and then consulted the others for a moment while Elise waited eagerly for the  council's decision.

A few moments later, Kolminye went towards Elise, and she whispered in her ear, "Go with them. Whatever they do, wherever they go, go with them until we call you back." The Spider Queen's eyes lit up at this, and she hugged Madam Vessaria with her hands and two pairs of her spider legs. The high councilor froze a little at this, and then she returned the hug like a mother to her child. Every  Champion seeing this stared in awe.

After the hug, Elise then scuttled towards her friends and after telling them the good news, she hugged the two elves.

"Concorde, Illoaide, there is a match tomorrow," Ashe commented, "and we're in. Care to watch?" "Sure!" The two elves and Elise replied in unison, jumping in the air, but then nature rang hard, and they replied, "Right after nature stops bugging us with her calls." "Recall ahead!" Madam Kolminye replied, and the three recalled back to the Institute. Elise rushed towards her room, and so did the other two.
