Emma's POV:
Regina and I spent tons of time together shopping for baby clothes and hanging out together. We found out we were both having girls so we were so excited. "Awww Emma! Look at how adorable this is!" Regina said holding up a pink shirt that said mommy's little princess with a sparkly tiara on it. "Awww! Lets both get one and our little girls can be matching." I said laughing. "Ok!" she said and put in in her cart. "So how did Robin react when he found out it was a girl?" I asked her. "Well it was actually kind of funny because he kept telling me it was gonna be a boy." She laughed. "Then when we found out it was a girl I was like Ha! I told you so." She said. "So now I have a new motto called I'm always right." I laughed, but it made sense Regina was usually right about a lot of things. "How did Killian react?" She asked. "He was happy but I think he secretly wanted a boy." I said. "He won't let me paint the baby's room pink. He keeps insisting on just leaving it white." I laughed. "Have you thought of any names?" Regina asked. "Well I like Anna." I said. "That's pretty. I love it!" Regina said smiling. "I haven't really discussed it with Killian yet though." I continued. "That's ok. The girls usually pick the names anyways." She laughed.
We went to Regina's (well Robin's but Regina had moved in with him) after our shopping, at about 2pm. I walked over and say on the couch. "Where's Robin?" I asked. "Oh he just went out. He's grabbing some groceries." She said as she pulled out I box of cookies. "This is all we got!" She said throwing the box at me. "Fine by me!" I said biting into a cookie. Regina walked over and sat beside me. She grabbed 3 cookies and turned on the tv. "Oh Regina, I forgot to ask if you have thought of any baby names yet." I said. "Sort of. I know I want the name to start with an R." She smiled. "That's cute!" I said taking another cookie. "Ya but I want the name to be different. Something you don't hear everyday." Regina said. I smiled at her. "So what do u wanna watch?" She asked changing the subject. I shrugged my shoulders then picked up my water and accidentally spilled it all over my shirt. Regina brought her hands to her mouth and started dying laughing. I started to laugh too. "Nice job Em!" She said. "Shut up!" I said back. "Come with me you can borrow one of my shirts." She said and I followed her upstairs to her closet. She pulled out a shirt off the top shelf along with a small box. "Oops!" She said not realizing what the box was. "Regina look." I said. "Oh my gosh!" She said picking up the box. "Your getting engaged!" I yelled. Regina undid the ribbon on the box. "Regina stop!" I said. "What are you doing?!" I yelled. She froze. "Well I wanted to see it." She said. "Don't ruin the surprise!" I rolled my eyes. I heard keys jingling. "Robins here!" Regina whispered loudly. She chucked the shirt at me "Hurry up and get changed!" She said. "Ok but don't you dare look in the box!" I said running towards the bathroom.
Regina's POV:
I watched as Emma left the room. I was still holding the box. Debating whether or not to open it. No I can't I just can't, I thought putting the box back on the top shelf. I walked down stairs to see Robin putting away the groceries. "Hey babe!" I said. He turned around. "Hello gorgeous!" He said giving me a kiss. "I didn't know you were home yet." He said. "Ya Emma and I got back about a half an hour ago. She spilt some water on her shirt so she's just changing." I laughed. I wondered when he was going to propose. What if he proposes tonight? I just needed to act casual like I didn't have a clue about any of this. "Do you want me to start dinner? Is Emma staying?" Robin asked. Emma waked out of the bathroom practically running for the door. "I gotta go thanks so much Regina! Call you later. Bye!" She said really quickly and was out the door. I looked at Robin. "Guess not." He said and we laughed. "I can cook dinner tonight." I said smiling. "No please let me." He said. Robin was gonna propose I knew it. He was making a special dinner and then he was gonna propose. Dinner was ready and we sat down across from each other. "Wow this looks amazing!" I said. "Thank you. It tastes even better!" He said taking a bite. We just ate in silence. When was he gonna propose? He didn't even go upstairs to get the ring. "Regina." He said. I looked up and focused my attention on him. "You have something right there." He said pointing to the side of my mouth. "Oh." I said taking my napkin and wiping my face.
Dinner was over and he didn't even propose. I was getting so frustrated. We cleaned up dinner, again in silence. "Regina? Is something bothering you?" Robin asked grabbing my hand. Should I just ask him? The words came out of my mouth "Do you want to marry me?!" I practically yelled. I immediately cover my mouth with my hands. I was so embarrassed. He gave me a confused look. "I saw the box in the closet." I admitted. I put my head on his shoulder. I felt like I had just ruined everything. He grabbed my arms and pulled me off of him. I still didn't look at him. He put his fingers under my chin and lifted my head up. I looked in his eyes. "Of course I want to marry you." He smiled. "But if you would have just waited I was going to propose later tonight." He said. Robin reached into his pocket and pulled out ring. My heart raced in my chest. I couldn't help but just smile. It was perfect, so perfect. "Regina, I love you so much... Will you marry me?" Robin said smiling.
