Kendall's POV

when Clary came back out of the kitchen something was off about her.she looked pale and skaken.she also kept drinking her soda nonstop.then her eyes flicked to Harry's neck.oh no. i nugded her side."clary i thought you fed last night.you shouldnt be hungry"i whispered to her."i did. but vampires need to feed everyday or we just get really weak and really thirsty.i havent fed today"she said back to me.Zayn looked at us."whats wrong"he asked."Clary is umm thirsty"i said.Zayn looked confused at first looking at clarys soda then understood."hey guys im going to give Clary the tour of the house"Zayn said standing with Clarys hand in his.

the guys shared a secret look with each other then Louis wagged his eyebrows at Zayn.Zayn wacked him in the head then Clary and Zayn headed inside."agh young love"Niall said.he and louis started laughing.Ella whispered something to Harry then stood up."im going to the restroom"she said standing."are you sure you know where the restroom is"Harry asked her."dont worry i will find it"she said then walked inside.something about the way her eyes gleamed in the firelight made me think the we better watch out for her.

"you nkow what? im going to go see if Ella needs any help finding the restroom"i said and stood and followed Ella inside.i went towards the downstairs restroom and saw the door was open. Louis and Liams rooms were down here and Niall, Zayn and Harrys room were upstairs.the stairs were at the end of the hallway.silenty i tiptoed up the stairs.the upstairs restroom was the first door down the hall.i checked.it was closed but the lights were off according the the bottom of the door.then i saw her.she came out of one room.

i dove behind one of the weird looking palm tree plants that the guys had around the house.i watched through the platic leaves as she opened another door.it must be Harrys room.she disapeared inside and i ran down the hall to the door at the very end of the hall way.i sliped in and closed my eyes."Kendall what are you doing in here"Clarys said in shock."shhh"i said as i locked the door.i heard footsteps then the door knob jiggled.then there was nothing.no footsteps retreating.i knelt and looked under the door.sandals were right there in front of me.she is eaves dropping.what is Ella up too? after about 5 minutes later she walked away.

"that was Ella. she came in to go to the restroom, i came in after her to see if she found it.seh wasnt in the downstairs bathroom or the upstiars.i caught her coming out of nialls room as i came up the stairs i hid behind a plant and saw her go into harrys room and i ran down the hall and in here to save your butts from being caught by a person who doesnt know about vampire hunters and vampires.or thats what she is making us think"i said to them.i noticed Clarys mouth was a bit red.

and Zayn had blood on his neck.this is so weird for me."i see i inturrupted something i will go but lock the dam door.we will discuss Ella when you are down with you blood trade here"i said."we werent trading blood.Clary was drinking mine i dont drink hers"Zayn said.

"Clary i have studied and read about vampires for a while.when a vampire is drinking from a offering donor then he/she must give them some of their blood in order to keep the donor strong and keep enough blood in them to be alive.if you dont give them some of your blood then they are just losing alot of their blood and nothing can restore that.but you have to be careful how much blood the donor takes or he/she will become a vampire if they die"i said to Clary.

"what? i didnt know that"she said."well now you know.but be careful both of you"i said then left the room.i walked down the hall and down the stairs. when i got off the last step i was yanked behind a plant.i sucked in air to scream but a manicured hand clamped over mine."dont scream"Ella said.she removed her hand and i turned to looked at her."what was that for"i asked."you know whats behing that locked door.you were behind it but you werent alone"she said.i stayed quiet.

"there is soemthing going on in Festus and these guys hve somthing to do with it.Clary too.i have heard about her.she isnt normal.as for the guys well its not normal to have weapons in your room.books about myths and folklore.there is something off about them.im going to get to the bottom of it.but if you get in my way you will be sorry"she said to me then walked off down the hall.

im breathing hard.i need to warn the guys.i walke into the kitchen just as the front door opened and Kelly walked in.
