After the helicopters arrived we started to load the prisoners on first in case they decided to try something. I turned around to Arthur running up to us, he was a lanky guy with black that was growing out couldn't have been older than twenty one. His M40 long gun was shouldered and he was dressed in desert fatigues with a vest over the top of them.

"Yo, prisoners all loaded up? Nice ears by the way." He complimented.

"Yeah, and your not scarred I'll turn on you? Your the first person to say that." I replied.

"Listen I personally don't have anything wrong with you guys, you haven't done anything wrong to deserve that. That said and this doesn't pertain to just you guys, anyone who turns traitor I'll put a bullet in."

I liked his answer, he treated me as an equal and not some loose canon that could go wild at any second.

"Well let me know when someone does turn and I'll help you out."

"Haha will do. Looks like they're loading up."

The two of us headed over and boarded one of the black hawks and we took off. When we arrived back at base the prisoners were escorted with armed guards to a holding facility out of view. I looked around to find Ray and Marcus talking to Commander Hicks and I walked up to join the conversation but Hicks left before I reached them.

"What'd the Commander need? Report on what went down?" I asked.

"Yeah pretty much." Ray answered.

"Hey you three wanna hang out with me and two of my buddies? Were gonna meet up around the range and shoot the shit." Arthur yelled to us from across the the way.

"I'm down." Marcus said.

I gave a 'why not?' gesture to Ray.

"Yeah sure we're down, what time?" Ray yelled back.

"18:30 but show up whenever you feel like haha. Oh, bring your guns too." Arthur yelled before walking off.

The three of us then walked to our barracks and stowed our gear away. I looked at my watch and saw we had about an hour before we met up with Arthur and his buddies so I just sat on my bed and threw darts at a dart board across the room to stave off my boredom. However about a half hour into hitting bulls-eyes I got bored anyways and decided to walk around the base throwing on a black long sleeve and put back on my belt that held my knives and my thigh holster on it.

"I'm gonna go for a walk." I said walking out the door.

Night was setting in as the sun fell into the mountains and the cool fall air set in. I walked around almost aimlessly my mind drifting on different events that had happened since I woke up in that Shell facility. That Nazi mentioned that there were some in Seattle, I wonder what they had them there for. I remembered there being a map of the country in the mess hall so I headed there to find out where that place was and maybe grab a bite to eat. Arriving at the mess hall I saw it practically empty aside from a few small groups and loners sitting at the tables going about their conversations. I went around to the vending machine they had setup and fished out 75 cents and bought a small bag of crackers.

"You sure you don't want some cat treats? Haha" I heard someone shout behind me.

I was angry but I wouldn't let it show and give them the satisfaction as I got up and headed over to the map that was on the wall and began to scan the west coast for Seattle.

"What place you looking for?" I heard someone ask directly behind me.

I turned my head to see a guy with short brown hair that was starting to curl and some stubble on his face who looked around the same age as Arthur. His brown eyes showed genuine curiosity and like Arthur saw me as a fellow person.
