I looked over the tablet on in my hand resting on the dining table. On it was the profile of the Shell Doctor Alec and Rex brought back. To my frustration almost all of it was blank aside from her name, gender and a picture of her obviously taken for an ID card.

"How the hell do I deal with her if there's nothing go off of..." I sighed to myself.

Turning off the tablet I stowed it away in my safe and grabbed my gear before heading out to see Doctor Alec again. I stopped by the security wing on my way there and walked inside being greeted by the resident AI named Mother.

"Good morning Fenrir, did you sleep well?" she asked as a small woman dressed in a dress and apron who glowed a purple hue appeared on the holographic table in the center of the room.

"I would have if I didn't get woken up for a cargo drop in the middle of the night." I replied as I started to make some coffee.

"Ah, do forgive me since it was Doctor Alec and he sounded quite distressed when he called in the shipment I figured it'd be best to send you in."

"No worries Mother, comes with the territory. And I think you were right to send me, I think if that cargo had gotten loose we'd have had some serious problems."

"Yes, I'm glad last night went on quietly."

"What are you two blabbering about?" asked a burly man walking into the room.

"Ah not much chief, just the shipment last night."

"How'd it go?" he asked.

"No issues, we're still here so there's that heh" I chuckled.

Good, anything today?" he asked walking over to the coffee machine.

"I'm about to go see Doctor Alec, but other than that it should business as usual. Why you got something?"

"Maybe later but it can wait. And careful around Doc', I don't need you becoming a lab rat."

"Yes that would be most unfortunate." Mother pitched in.

"Don't worry, I don't plan on it and if he asks I'll shoot him down." I said walking out.

I made my way to the science wing to find it cleared out save for few guards, one of them spotted me and walked up to me.

'Fenrir right?" he asked.

I looked him over, he wasn't stationed here.

"Yeah, whose asking." I replied warily, giving a cold stare.

"Doctor Alec is waiting for you. This way." he said surprisingly unfazed.

He lead me down the hall and stopped before an armored door that was barricaded and  had guards posted. We had to show ID before being let in. Going to Doctor Alec was at the back of my mind as my main concern was how quickly and quietly these people had setup here. I was quickly led into a dark room only lit by the glow of various monitors and the light from a room on the other side of a window, Doctor Alec seeing me headed my way form the back of the room.

"Ah Fenrir, good to see you." He said quietly extending his hand.

"Whats going on here?" I asked quietly shaking his hand.

"We're dealing with the Shell from last night. Right now we're trying to get information from her about where shes been and why she was at the research facility last night."

"Well hows it going?"

"Eh, not well, shes refusing to speak to any of us. We've tried good cop, bad cop, giving her food, amenities. Nothing seems to be getting through to her, but we don't want to hurt her."
