Mark's POV

I was seated on the sofa next to wade and Matt with a PlayStation controller in my hands while my eyes were glued to the screen "come on" Matt yelled as he mashed the buttons on the controller "no!" Wade yelled in defeat "ha! Suck on that wade!" I laughed in his face "ugh come on!" Matt laughed with frustration I got up from the sofa and scanned the room as Mathis, Amanda, Ryan and Tara walked back into the room "nice apartment you got" Amanda told him "it's too small for the both of us and all our stuff" Ryan replied "well I just moved out of my apartment and moved in with mark, and that apartment is huge" Tara told Ryan "I could give you the address if you like?" Tara asked Ryan nodded his head "yes please" Tara grabbed a napkin and pen and wrote the address down and handed it Ryan "thank you" Tara smiled at Ryan I'm return, once they finished talking Tara walked outside to the balcony were rafi was.

I stopped and talked with Amanda and Matthias for awhile about arranging our next double date afterwards I walked out to the balcony where Tara was standing all alone I walked up behind her and wrapped my arms around her waist her body was cold but soon heated up with my touch "you shouldn't be out here you'll catch a cold" I told her "the cold never bothered me anyway" she sung then we laughed together about her frozen reference "here" I took off my hoodie and put it over taras shoulders "won't you get cold?" She asked me I shook my head "I've got lots of layers on" Tara pulled the hoodie on "thank you" she smiled at me I pulled her into my chest and held her in my arms. Looking at her watch it was almost midnight I planted a kiss on her temple "this new year is going to amazing" Tara said "as long as I have you, that's all I'll need" I cupped her face with my hands and pulled her lips onto mine, while we kissed I could hear fireworks going off lighting up the sky with many different colours "I always want to remember this moment" I said gazing into Tara's beautiful eyes as she gazed up at me
she smiled at me before resting her head against my chest "I love you"
