Violet the fairy, flew to nearby civilisation. A farm. She glanced around to see if anyone was out, but there was no one. All the animals were in their stables and homes and the Farmer was probably asleep in his bed. The coast was clear, she just needed to figure out which window they could use to get into the kitchen. She flew around the edge of a red block of building which said 'No Intruders!' on the top of the door. But Violet didnt know what that said so she flew all the way back to Miley to tell her the news.
'There is some food there, but you will have to come with me. I can't get inside by myself'. Explained Violet, in between breaths. 'Ok, but how am I supposed to come with you? I'm stuck in this cage'. She tapped the bars. 'remember?' Miley replied, slightly annoyed. 'It's ok, Miley'. said Violet, smiling. 'Thats why I'm here!' Then she held her petitie hand out to Miley. Miley took her small hand on top of hers. 'What are you going to do?' She asked. 'I'm taking you out of here and to the farm.' Violet replied, laughing slightly. She held their hands as high as they could go, and her glittered dress sparkled in the moonlight as she twirled three times. Her wings balancing her body perfectly, and then she closed her eyes and whispered something. It must have been some kind of Fairy language because Miley couldn't understand it.
Then, as Violet was whispering, Miley watched as a hole in the air, tiny at first, got bigger and bigger. Until, it was the size of Miley.
'Wow!' Said Miley. 'H..how did you do that?' She gasped. 'Easy!' Giggled Violet. 'It's a travelling portal and it will take you to our realm, Fae city!'
Violet squezzed through the bars, bringing the portal inside the cage with her. Miley took a step back, 'Are you sure about this?' She asked nervously. 'Of course! Don't worry, it's perfectly safe.' Violet replied as she took a seat on Miley's shoulder. 'Now, after I count down from three we will step inside ok?' Miley took in a deep breath. 'Three..' Said Violet. 'Two..and..one..' Then they stepped into the Fairy portal.
