Imagine Jane played by Peyton List, this is what I imagine Anna to look like. Including the red eyes.

She walked down the dark, deserted alley, her heavy black cloak eerily swung about her ankles. Her gait was predatory and threatening. The heeled leather boots she wore clacked along the cobbles underfoot. Anna reached the end of the path and looked both directions before stepping out into the open, she wasn't vulnerable, no, she was practically invincible, but to carry out her task in secrecy, she had to go under the radar. Anna scanned the house numbers as she walked, the terrace houses all looked the same. The half-moon overhead provided the slightest light and casted dim shadows about the place.
Forty seven...forty eight... forty nine... ah, there it is. Fifty Creasant Street Kennington Gardens. That was the address she had been given. Silently she lifted the latch on the front gate and continued up the path towards the front door. She slid her wand from her sleeve and tapped the door handle, muttering a quiet 'alohomora'. Her hand slid around the chilly brass nob and twisted it slowly, cracking open the treated pine wood door. The house was decorated sparsely, the crème carpet was spotless along with the dustless ornaments and skirting boards that lined the entrance hall.
Anna silently tip toed up the hall towards what looked like a living room up the end. So far she hadn't heard a single noise and she wondered whether she had been given the wrong address, it didn't look like the house was even inhabited. Just as she was about to step out from the hallway, and strong hand clamped around her arm, pulling her to the side. She began to struggle but before she could really try, a crack sounded and she was pulled into a dissaparating void.

Remus' P.O.V
Everyone was waiting in the kitchen with nervous trepidation. We had been getting ready all day. Charm after charm had been placed around the Grimmauld Place basement, protective and anti-dissaparating spells in preparation of our plan. Right now we were waiting for Kingsley to bring her into the room. The room had taken a lot of cleaning, piles of suspicions objects had been sitting down there and it took hours to dispose of all the junk. Now it was just four bare concrete walls and equally bare stone floor. Once it had been cleaned, it turned out to be quite a large space, the whole family, including the Cullens and the werewolf pack. Ginny and Hermione had been quite distracted around the tanned guys, much to Ron's disgruntlement.
"When is she due to arrive?" Alice asked quietly, breaking the muted silence in the room.
"Any time now." Just as I had finished my sentence, a loud crack sounded around the room and a flurry of struggling put us all on our guard.
Kingsley was in the centre of the room with an arm around the torso of Anna.
The mere sight of her shook everyone to the core. Her eyes were a luminous crimson which unsettled me greatly. Just the way that she remained calmed and settled in the situation, it wasn't like her. Normal Anna would be squirming under Kingsley's restraining arm and arguing, but she was smirking, unbothered.
"Well, this was a clever plan." She drawled and looked around the room. Everyone seemed in a daze, looking her up and down, noticing all the changes. Her complexion was much paler, her luminous eyes piercing. Her hair had also paled to a silvery blond instead of the honey-golden it used to be. The whole effect of the changes had completely transformed her from a caring and innocent looking girl to what the Daily Prophet called a 'calculating and col-hearted mercenary'. She looked evil, there was no doubt about it. The tiny sliver of hope that the accusations in the daily prophet were untrue sadly fled from my mind. I could see the hardness of her eyes and the severe set of her mouth, only something that murder could bestow on somebody.
"Anna..." Esme looks sadly at her daughter and steps forward, reaching out a hand. Carlisle's hand shot out to bring his wife's hand back protectively. Esme looks down sadly before raising her head and started with a different approach.
"How are you." The motherly vampire asks gently, trying not to set her daughter off.
"Oh, you know, just killing criminals for my dad, the usual." She shrugs and rolls her eyes, knowing what she said would raise a hell of a reaction.
Everyone's mouths dropped open in shock that she was actually admitting to it.
"S-so its true?" Molly stuttered in disbelief. Anna snorted unconcernedly.
"Of course. why would they lie?" The girl shrugged. Even I was in a little shock, I knew that the claims would have a small amount of truth in them, deep down I still hoped that they would be the product of exaggeration.
"Why... why would you do things like that?" Esme asked helplessly. Anna turns to her mother, her countenance devoid of warmth. I noticed her back straighten at the question,
"Because its the right thing to do." She states firmly, no hesitation in her voice.
"But you're killing people! How can you do that?" Sirius exclaims."You get used too it." She states like it was no big deal. Everyone seemed to step back.
"What happened to you?" Molly looks broken as she shakes her head.
"What happened to me?" Anna asks back, looking genuinely confused. The change in attitude took us by surprise.
"You were such a sweet girl! You would never hurt anybody!" Hermione pipes up helplessly.Just for one moment, Anna's expression faltered. Her eyebrows creased in confusion and her head dipped lower slightly. A few people missed the moment but I caught it before she recovered and hardened her expression.
"You remember don't you? Who you were?" I asked quickly. Many looked at me questioningly but I kept my gaze on Anna.
"What are you talking about? I never changed! I have always, and will always, support The Dark Lord in all his great endeavours!" She grinds out passionately, but I could see the doubt etched in her expression. "Now, before you continue to waste my valuable time on your ridiculous questions, answer one of mine. Why have you brought me here?"
"Anna, you've been gone for the past few months! How could you expect your family to just let you go?"
"Family? I have been with my family for the past two months." At this bold statement Esme began to sob into her husbands shoulder. Anna no longer regarded the Cullens as her family. "Now I am in a better place working towards building a better life for real witches and wizards, starting by eliminating scum like you." Anna turned and leered at Hermione who cowered away under the harsh glare. Even to me it was intimidating.
"How dare you talk t her like-" But Anna cut Ron off mid sentence.
"Like what? Like how she deserves to be treated? Because that is what mudbloods are like! Scum that pollute our bloodlines!" Anna spits and points at a now terrified Hermione. Ron's face pales considerably at the bold statement and the air in the room thickened noticeably. "So, I am going to go, and before anybody even thinks of stopping me, be warned. I have no reservations in killing any of you." Kingsley, who had long since dropped his arm, stood forwards to stop her, but with a small shake of my head he let her go leaving us all to ponder what she said.
It felt like we had finally lost her.
