May's POV

While I was in my dorm I grabbed my notebook and a pen. I loaded that and my phone and some snacks into my backpack and I couldn't forget my keys! I locked the door and walked out. I ran to the willow tree where James and I had that flying problem, and climbed up to the top where the leaves hid me from the naked eye. Up in the tree was a flash light and a blanket, I've been up here a lot. I pulled out my notebook and pen and started drawing. I drew a picture of Jack, with his short messy hair and his red half bandana. I drew him in the middle of getting mad the part where I thought he was going to hit me. And after every picture I write about my day kinda like a diary except mine is mostly drawings. Then I drew a picture of me with my short hair, Bella, and Alexa talking at the table while we where eating. I closed my notebook and laid in the tree thinking about random stuff, like did he mean it when he said that he was trying to change? Then I saw someone walking around the trunk of the tree. "May are you here?" Asked a quiet voice. I locked my legs on a strong limb on the tree and hung upside down. "Boo!" I said startling who ever it was under the tree. It was too dark to see who it was, "May I'm glad you're ok Alexa told me you weren't in the dorm and she was scared." The person grabbed my waist and flipped me. "Who are you?" I'm getting kind scared now. "Just get your stuff and I'll explain on the way." I rather have Jack here rather than that creep. When we got into the light I saw that the person has a hood and refused to show their face. "Who are you!" I asked again with more anger. No answer so I kicked him/ her in the shin. What they said next I shouldn't ever repeat. The person fell on the ground and I pulled off the hood. It was James? "James?!" I asked confused. "I didn't know you cussed like a sailor." I said helping him up.

James POV

"May that hurt." I said rubbing my shin. She smiled and shrugged. I saw that a notebook fell out of her bag and I went and picked it up. Being nosy I started flipping through the pages until I saw a picture that looked like the first day we met. "May this is amazing." I said admiring the details. "Where did you get that?!" she yelled snatching it away from me while I was still looking at it. And we may have ripped it. "James!" She yelled her hands where shaking. I dropped the part that I had and apologized. "You didn't read anything right?" She asked her hands still trembling and she picked up the two pieces. "No I thought it was only drawings." I said honestly. "Good cuze these are my secrets." She picked up the book and walked away. There was still a piece on the ground I flipped it over and I gasped. He is sweet and nice I really hope he isn't a Pan, and that we can be friends. No matter what happens I can't ever tell him how I feel. The page said, well maybe it was about someone else I thought trying not to make this awkward.
