Sometime you are difficult to read
Your smile is all I really need
There was silence, heard no sound
You are there, but not around.
The rain fell upon your shoulder
I felt pain when we're together
If only you would let me love you
I promise you will never be blue.
I'm just happy to be at your side

But I'm glad that you broke apart.
