The next morning they both slept in. Big yawns and reaching stretches woke them up, sharing sleepy smiles.

Climbing out of bed Jack called the shower first and left to steal the hot water. Dressing simply and brushing his hair down with his fingers Hoodie went downstairs to get something to drink.

Masky sat at the table with headphones in, most likely listening to the news from his phone as he examined a latter the Operator left behind associating to the mission.

Going into the kitchen Hoodie got himself a cup of coffee and lots of creamer and milk. Sitting across from his friend he sipped at the lukewarm drink.

Hearing a crash then a laugh Hoodie looking over his shoulder. Passed two thresholds he looked into the living room and found Toby happily throwing things into the whirling blades of the fan. Not bothering he turned back to his coffee and took another sip.

"Hey," Masky greeted him and took out an ear bud.

"What ya' listening to?"

Masky looked down at his phone, pausing the video. "The news."

"Figured."

"Here, the report from the Operator."

Nodding Hoodie took the papers and read, learning what they had done wrong and done right, and when the next mission would be and information about it.

"Hm," he hummed and set the sheets down after he was done, raising the cup to his lips. Something else in the living room shattered and the youngest proxy laughed manically.

"You want to go to the bar later?" Masky asked, locking his phone and tacking out his earbuds. Hoodie finished his coffee.

"Sure, any idea when?"

Masky shrugged. "Later tonight most likely."

Nodding Hoodie agreed.

When Jack entered the kitchen they both glanced at him and his crying mask.

"Morning," Masky greeted.

"Morning," Jack said in return. It sounded more like a statement then a greeting. Hoodie smirked.

"We're going to the bar later, want to come?" Masky asked politely.

Jack looked back and fourth between them for a moment, thinking over the offer. Toby laughed in the living room again. Jack shook his head. "Thank you, but somebody's got to watch that kid."

Both proxies chuckled and nodded in agreement. "Sorry to force it on you," Masky grinned.

Jack shrugged. "No problem."

Toby hopped into the kitchen and held up his arm, a deep gash sliced down it and dripping. "You should tell us a story Jack!" He said cheerfully.

The cannibal dropped his shoulders. "Go sit down," he instructed and went to the basement to grab his thread and needle.

When he returned there was blood all over Toby's side of the table. Pulling a chair up next to the young proxy Jack began by cleaning the cut.

"Soo..!"

"..What?" Jack asked half distracted, focused on the wound.

"What kind of adventures have you gone on!"

"None."

"What's the freakiest thing you've seen!"

"You."

"Where have you lived!"

"Everywhere."

Toby was obviously getting nowhere and his coworkers only snickered.
