I slowly woke up, reaching above my head as I stretched, hearing my aching bones rattle and pop. Groaning I rolled over to hold my mate, but felt nothing. Opening my eyes, I saw she was gone. "Katttt!!!!" I screamed and jumped out of bed, quickly shoving on my boxers and jeans.

As I sprinted thought house everyone laughed as my worried expression lightened up when I saw her cooking in the kitchen. I growled and she looked over, scared at first, but her hazel eyes had softened up when she realized who it was. "Babbbby.." I whined and walked over, tugging her into me from behind. Her back rested against my front, her shirt tickling my abs some and I shivered. Man, I should have put on a shirt.

I nuzzled my nose and face into her neck, groaning in frustration and tiredness. "You scared me." I muttered and she giggled. God damn, that was adorable. I smiled a silly smile and moved her medium length hair out the way. I pressed my lips into the back of her neck, hearing her beat speed up some. I chuckled and just kept hugging her as she finished cooking breakfast for the pack. I could wait til she wanted to go back to our house, our private house.

My mind ran to our future, the pups, her and me living alone. I smiled, but soon frowned when I remember she had miscarried. I closed my eyes and rested my forehead against her shoulder until I felt it, a small kick. I raised my head quickly and somewhat jerked her around. Being careful I got down on my knees and pressed my ears to her stomach. With my panther hearing, I'd be able to hear a beat if there was something, and that's what happened. I heard one, no, two?!!

I jumped up, my eyes wide and she chuckled, nodding with a teary eye smile. "T-They're still alive?!??" I asked, eager to know. "Y-yes Caleb." She whispered and I smiled wider than the joker himself. My mate was still pregnant!!!! How could that be though? I thought had miscarried?.

Looking over I noticed her skin was a soft tan color, almost seemingly glowing at how she must have felt. Wait.. That means she is gonna start getting big, like really big. I grinned and she slapped my arm softly at my thoughts.

The pack had all eaten together in the dining hall. We conversed about the babies, announcing it to them all. It was now an hour later and everyone had congratulated her. I could tell she was tired. I just looked at my mate, my beautiful mate. Her hair a soft brown now, once at her shoulders and now going down to right about her breast. I smirked, remembering yesterday and then I saw my beta walk up.

"Oh, no don't let me inturrupt your thinking." Jake teased and I punched him lightly in the arm. "Man all the whole house heard was 'Caleb!!' Then 'fuckkkk Axel!!!!!!'. I'm guessing he came out?" Jake asked concerned. The first time his wolf side Andrew had came out, his mate wasn't ready and he had almost tore her walls.

I nodded. "Yea man, but I think she liked it. I mean she kept asking him to go faster, and goooood damn her nails man." I suddenly paused, remember her nails in my back. Of fuck, I'm not wearing a shirt. "Yep Mann, you can see the scratch marks." And I laughed. Damn my mate either didn't know, or didn't care, trying to show off what was hers. I smirked as her eyes found mine and she grinned back.

"Oopses?" She said innocently in my mind connection and I growled softly, teasingly. "Aye Caleb! Don't get too excited right here." Jake said and I rolled my eyes. "Word of advice, she smells like she is about to go in heat again, so you might want to go back to your house soon." He whispered, not sexauly frustrated that my mate would go into heat, but more concerned about her and unmated males. I growled at the thought of some pup trying to mate with MY MATE. MINE!

I'd have to check soon, and I hope she says yes.
