Waking up, the brunette woman with the huge belly made her way to the bathroom full of nauseousness. Kat jogged as quick as she could. She was due in about a week. Suddenly, an excruciating pain hit her belly as her panties and shorts were suddenly soaked.

"Caleb!!!!" She screamed, her belly being kicked hard every now and then. "CALEB AXEL BLACK!!!" Screaming louder, her mate suddenly jerked out of bed and ran over, growling loudly. "What is it?" He asked softly, worry taking over his facial expression.

"I-I think my water just broke!" Seemingly turning a paler shade, caleb looked down there and sure enough her water had broken. "JAKE!! CALL THE PACK NURSE TELL HER TO BE READY IN 5 MINUTES!!!!" He screamed. The walls started spinning, Kat's heart pounding.

"C-Caleb.. I-I don't feel so well.." Kat suddenly said as she felt weird, panicking but different, like weak different. Suddenly she left out a gut wrenching scream as her stomach got a bad kick, making her double over and crouch.

"No No baby, we have to get moving." Within seconds Jake and Caleb had shifted and kat was on his back. They didn't even hesitate or knock on the door once they arrived at the hospital, just barging in.

Kat had been taken off of Caleb and quickly snatched away to a nursing room. "Okay Miss Katherine, I need you to start pushing." Some female doctor said. "Ahhhhh!!!!" Kat pushed as hard as she could, the weird feeling getting stronger. She felt extremely tired.

"Miss, we need you to push again! PUSH!!" and she did. With each push she grew more tired, weaker by the minute. "Luna, Its a beautiful, beautiful baby boy. Congratulations alpha." And she handed the baby to Caleb. "Jaxton Lucas Black."

Kat laid there quietly, that is until she was back in pain. "Luna! You're having twins!!!" The female doctor screamed and began to make her push again. Kat had been screaming violent threats at Caleb the whole time. She screamed and screamed in pain until suddenly everything got quiet.

The first noise you heard was that of a baby crying. "A girl Alpha, A young boy, and a young girl." "Victoria Faith Black." Caleb smiled, crying softly until he looked at Kat. She was pale and blood started coming from between her legs. "Kat?! KAT!!! BABY!!!" Caleb screamed and the babies were taken away from him.

"Kat baby? Please wake up!!" Caleb screamed. "Sir you can't be in here!!" And he was shoved and forced outside in the hall. With in an hour everyone was lined outside. Caleb, Jake, his parents and mate, Caleb's parents.

"Please Ma'am, tell me what's going on with Katherine." "Ah, Miss Katherine. She is okay. She had to have surgery, and she lost a lot of blood sir. Only her family and spouse may see her." Caleb left out a breath of relief. "Oh god, thank you. I'm her fiancé, these are her parents." Caleb lied, they were his parents, but he knew they wouldn't be able to go back if he'd not lied.

"Right this way sir, room 6057 sixth floor." Caleb made his way back to her as fast as he could. When they arrived at the room, Kat was asleep. She looked way paler and she had these machines hooked up to her. "B-Baby?" Caleb asked, more like whisper asked though.

He walked over there, grabbing her hand as he suddenly began to sob, tears running down his face. He had just gotten her to stay happy. Their babies needed her, he didn't want to have to explain to them who their mother was. Or the reason she died.

Caleb was so lost in thought, he hasn't felt her move. Kat sat up, the monitors going off. "No, baby sit back down." Caleb whispered but she sat up weakly. The first thing she did was wipe her mates tears away and kiss his  nose.

"No crying baby, I'm not going anyway. I'm right here." Calebsmiled at his mate, loving how even though she was so close to death, she put him first and others. "I'm staying right here, well maybe not in the hospital, but alive. I can't leave my mate and pups now can I?" "N-No." He replied.

"I love you kitten." Caleb said after Kat had laid back down slowly, relaxing and breathing. "I love you too baby. And I expect to see my babies later in at least an hour or I'll walk right out of here." Caleb laughed at her and nodded. "Our little Jaxton and Victoria." He smiled wide, happy to the core.

"Yes, OUR little Jaxton and Victoria. Ah life's complete right now."
