"Darcy's pov"
I sigh as I wake up, the clock says 7 am, I have to be there at one, I shoot up as I realize this.
"Crap." I mutter as I grab for my phone, she was always an early riser so this should be alright. I listen to the ringer go, and to my relief she answers.
"Hello?" She says, and I grin.
"Hi, Grandma." I say, and hear her voice hitch.
"Darcy! Hello love." She says.
"I'm really sorry, but i'm going to have to reschedule for another day or an earlier time." I say, and I hear silence.
"Okay, how about earlier, what time are you busy?" She asks, kindly.
"Uh, I have to be somewhere at 1." I say, and wait.
"You can come with me, if you'd like." I add, politely.
"Where is it that you're going?" She asks, sounding very curious.
"I have a performance at a fundraiser for the children's hospital." I say.
"We would love to come." She says, and I smile.
"How about you come over at around 10, and we'll have a big brunch before we go?" She offers, and I smile,
"Sounds amazing." I say.
"See you then." She says, and hangs up.
I sigh, smiling, then frowning soon after as I glance at the calendar.
Today is November 15th, the day I have my performance, and the day they get out of Jail. I sigh, as I realize my Mother doesn't know they get out of jail, and neither does my brother. I grin, thinking of him and his honeymoon, and of Luke.

I realize quickly that I haven't invited my Dad to come to my show, so I set a reminder to call him, and go to have a shower.

I wait, as my phone rings, the clock says 9:12 Am.
"Hey Honey." My Dad answers, and I hear the football game in the background, and to my luck my whole extended family.
"Hey Dad." I say, and hear him 'shh' everyone.
"Hey Darcy!" I hear everyone yell, and I laugh.
"Hi." I say, and my Dad walks out of that room so it's quiet.
"What's up honey?" He asks.
"Just calling to invite you somewhere." I say,
"Where?" He asks, curiously.
"I have a benefit performance thing for the hospital this afternoon." I say.
"What time and where?" He asks, sounding excited.
"I perform at 2:30, and the benefit goes until 4."
"Well I think you'll have quite the crowd." He says, and I grin.
"See you there?" I ask.
"As always, haven't missed one yet." He says and if possible my grin gets bigger.
"Love you.
"Love you too." He says, and I hang up.
Let's get this party started...
