Analeigh's eyes shot open, her whole body jerking awake.
She didn't know where she was, except for the fact that it was dark, and she was uncomfortably cold. She soon realized that she had been stripped of her jacket, and was left in her tank top, jeans and boots.
The last thing she remembered was the bar.. And the photographs.
The person from the photograph.
She remembered that much, but who was he?
Her left hand immediately raced to her right wrist, feeling the black band. Had they been so stupid as to not remove it? Analeigh smirked, knowing she could easily get the rest of the crew to come to her rescue.. But shouldn't she at least try to get information? Here she was, in some kind of base. It had to be The Enemy.
Leaning back, she took a deep breath.
What to do first?
-
May made her way through the crowd, pushing through the layers of dancing bodies and neon lights.
Tokyo night clubs must be the place to go, huh. She told herself, scoffing quietly.
She finally made her way back to the long, sleek, light brown bar after what had seemed like forever.
Sitting back down on the bar stool, she looked up, noticing that Analeigh was gone. The shorter brunette looked over at the semi-drunk Seungcheol, Mingyu, and Seokmin, and one completely plastered Hoshi laughing their lungs out at the billiard table. Analeigh wasn't with them..?
"Excuse me?" May said, tapping the bartender on the shoulder. "Where did the girl who was sitting here go?"

"Sorry, honey." The bartender replied, his breath reeking of the alcohol he most likely distributed. "Can't say."

May reached over the counter, grabbing the much larger, drunk man by the collar.
"I asked you where she went." She hissed in between her teeth.

The bartender looked shocked. "She was snatched up by some guy," May released her grip slightly. "He said she ran away from home."

Pushing the bartender back to where he belonged, May stormed over to Seungcheol.
"Listen," May reached over, grabbing a half empty beer bottle out of Mingyu's grip and setting it elsewhere. "Analeigh is gone. And because of you four getting completely wasted, you let whoever took her get away."

"What?" Seungcheol's expression turned serious.
"You heard me!"

"Oh my god. Come on, we have to go."

-

Three of the remaining five sat in front of the monitors, Mingyu trying to take what he could out of them.
"She's alive, that's for sure." He stated, motioning to her vital sign readings.

"Thanks, Captain Obvious." Seungcheol sighed. He was obviously stressed. "This is what we get for deciding to have fun."

Seokmin walked in, leaning under the doorway. "She hasn't called for help yet. Maybe she isn't in trouble."

"Are you insane?" The leader stood up. "Wouldn't she have said something? This is a complete disaster."

Everyone was silent as they watched Seungcheol storm out of the room.
"Seokmin, you're staying here and watching that drunk bastard Hoshi until we really need you." He called from the other room. "May, Mingyu, get yourselves ready. I don't know where she is, but I'm not stopping until I find her."
-

Analeigh was still bound, her wrists and ankles becoming slightly irritated from the constant rubbing of rope against them. She had tried to wiggle her way out of the restraints, but she had no luck.
How long until someone came..?

She leaned up against the wall, trying to make herself somewhat comfortable in her extremely awkward position.
There was a small window in the corner of the room she was held in, and from it she could tell that it was night. It was night when she was taken, so she figured that she must have been out for only a short period of time. She was sure she hadn't been there for more than one night- it didn't feel that long.
She stared at nothing for awhile, goosebumps becoming a normal feeling in the bitter darkness.

Then, out of the eerie silence came the faint sound of.. piano.

It was beautiful, light and soft, ballads of emotion pouring into her small black room of nothing. It seemed to go on forever, melodies and harmonies rolling out endlessly into the night.

The peacefulness of it was enough to drive her insane, as it was the complete opposite of her.

Here she was, absolutely panicking, and someone was playing slow ballads on the piano. Were they trying to mock her.. or drive her insane?

After what seemed to have been hours, the piano stopped, and once again another sound came out of nowhere- this time much bolder, but less defined- violin.
It was sweet like the piano, but much louder and much bolder, and over time is progressively began to get slower and slower until it picked up again, only to repeat what it had done before.

Music. Distraction. The absolute opposite of what she needed right now.
She needed silence to work out a plan.
Did they know she was trying to plot against them? That she could easily call for help with a device they hadn't even thought to disarm her of?

Analeigh convinced herself that they didn't.

How would they know? She thought. They can't predict my every move, can they?

The violin poured on.
And then it stopped.

She heard a small shuffle and a clank, probably the pianist/violinist putting down the four-stringed instrument.

The brunette paused, listening more attentively. Footsteps. That's what she heard.
They were muffled and slow, as if the person on the other side of the wall was taking their time.

Analeigh didn't see a door, but then again she couldn't see anything.

Suddenly, a strip of light appeared in front of her, growing as someone opened the invisible door. A silhouette stood in the doorway, and then began to walk towards her slowly.

She kept silent as her captor stared down at her. It was the same person from the photograph- the soft features and the hair dusting over his eyes slightly.

He got down in front of her, doing some version of a squat.

Taking out a pocket knife, he reached for the ties bounding her wrists. Slicing through the thick white rope, he took her hand, bringing it up to his lips and pecking it lightly.

"Joshua Hong, the Enemy's best field agent. It's a pleasure to meet you."
