There they were, in the same room as the person they had been fighting against for years.
"Welcome home." The Leader's voice was cold but smooth.
"This isn't home," Mingyu responded. "I owe you."
"That's right, and I'm very glad you decided to oblige. It would have been a shame to murder someone as talented as you."
A small smile creeped onto his lips as he approached the other.
"I see you even brought a friend," Wonwoo said, his gaze moving over to May. "Lovely to meet you."
The room was full of tension, but there didn't seem to be any fear.
"You have us here. What do you want with us now?" May asked, her voice oddly calm.
Wonwoo laughed, walking over to wrap his arm around Mingyu.
"Haven't you figured this out already? I want Choi Seungcheol dead, and for real this time."

There was to be no time wasted.
The remainder of the SCA was sent into a chaotic spiral.
Things had begun to add up for Seungcheol, and he knew now where his disappearing agents had gone. Wonwoo saved Mingyu- he remembered that day.
And Wen Junhui... He was too quick, too flexible and too clever to have gotten caught in that explosion. His head hurt. It hurt so badly, all these thoughts flooding to his mind at once. Three of his agents had betrayed him now.
May and Mingyu's tracking devices were gone and no trace was left behind. There was no trail to follow, and without a clear mind Seungcheol decided there was only one option left.
To wait.

This is the beginning of the end.

Yes, I know, I know. It's been forever since I've published anything. I really want to finish this story, and believe it or not it isn't too far from being done.
I started writing this chapter over the summer, and now, in October, I can't make myself add on to it any more.
I look forward to continuing this story after so many months of it being dormant.
Thank you so much for your support and 11.5k reads!
