"Tough love helps the soul," I chuckled. "Except in Kelly's case cause he's been acting weird."

"It's hard when you don't know whether to hold out until you feel like he's learned his lesson or let it go completely." Jayda sipped her drink.

"I agree. I coulda got back with Kyron cause it has been almost a year and he's been a great father to Amari and Saint, but before I could even patch that relationship up, I was already in another." Jordyn shrugged.

I mentally rolled my eyes because none of us were having the same conversation, just speaking out on our own thoughts.

"It's just. I can't even forgive 'Dell for another family." Jayda shook her head, staring into space at the floor.

"I did nothing but love him only to get that in return. But Cari..." she pointed at me with her index finger as the rest still clutched the glass in her hand. "Cari is the rider."

I laughed a little, running my fingers through my hair.

"I don't even know if I can move on like y'all. Everything I say, do and am is Kelly's. Regardless of the stupid shit, I know he loves me more than anything and for him to be pushing me away right now, hurts." I sighed, sitting back on the half circle shaped couch.

"Aw. You love him so much. You think if y'all broke up, he'd just move on?" Jordyn asked.

I raised an eyebrow at her, giving her a look as if she said the stupidest thing on earth.

"Not being cocky but I doubt it. If he wanted to move on he would have by now... I would've beat his ass, but even if he moved on, he'd come back."

Before she spoke a long whine followed by a cry sounded, and we all let out a groan as Jayda stood to see whose baby was it.

"Cari, your sprout." she laughed.

I threw my head back but got up and picked up a crying Kamden.

"Please hush fat mama," I rocked her nearly thirteen pound body.

"That's the biggest one month old ever." Jordyn laughed, and squeezed her now soothing cheek. "But she's also one of the cutest." she cooed.

"Tell her Kam, we don't like insults." I laughed, putting her back down in the little rocker.

"You know what we need?" Jayda asked.

"What?" Jordyn and I asked at the same time.
