**** 6 months later ****

I sung along to the old song that was blaring over the sound of the ocean crashing against the sand and Jayda sung along too.

My youngest son began to whine as my toes lightly kicked the Costa Rican sand and I picked him up from beside me as we and Jayda rocked back and forth on the same bench from several years ago that Jordyn told us she was pregnant on.

"He is so cute," Jayda gushed. "Looking just like his daddy."

"If he looking like me, he looking sexy as hell." Kelly said from behind me and I rolled my eyes.

"Kash," Kelly called and our nearly nine month son looked up at him and smiled.

"I'ma just take him for a second." Jayda mumbled, taking Kash and I stood as some foreign looking guy walked up and stood beside Kelly.

"Remember me?" he smiled and the accent automatically clicked as I walked around the bench.

"Yeah, yes I do. What're you doing here?" I looked between the both of them.

"Well, I was just about to ask-"

"I came cause tall man asked me too." the Indian guy smiled.

"Mommy?" I heard and looked down at Kannon and knelt down to his level.

"I got you flowers." he smiled bash fully, and put the lei around my neck.

"Thank you-"

"What's that?" he asked and pointed behind me.

I turned around to see Kelly on one knee with an open box that held a different ring than the last.

"So you think because I backed out of the divorce at the last minute, I want to remarry you?"

His neck went back a little to accompany his confused face.

"I thought we were rebuilding and I'd do something special for our sixth anniversary. And I figured Devansh could help."

I looked around at both our friends and families who all happened to have on light pink or grey, including the Indian man beside him.

"But this time, we're doing it my way or the highway." Devansh chuckled.

Flower petals were placed in a circle around the both of us as we sat on our knees in the sand and our families watching as Devansh led a short but sweet ceremony that ended with something I'd only heard three times in life including this time.

"- 1 Peter 4:8 Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins." he said as Kelly slid the ring onto my bare finger.

Kelly put his pink lips to my own and I kissed back and when we pulled away Devansh was quick to make him stand up.

I almost stood but Devansh wagged a finger at me before taking a necklace out his pocket and giving it to Kelly along with saying instructions.

"By taking the Mangala Sutra," Devansh said as Kelly got behind me and put a necklace with two gold pendants on it. "He will tie the cord in three knots which will bond the two souls for 100 years. Of course they won't live that long but to death to them part." he chuckled merrily and everyone clapped and cheered before dispersing back to the vacation.

I stood up and faced Kelly as he thanked Devansh for coming and he bowed and left.

"You always tryna be mean in front of company." Kelly laughed, taking my hand and walking along the beach as the sun began to set.

"Shut up. Maybe I just don't like you anymore."

We both looked at each other before busting out laughing and he picked me up so my legs were wrapped around his waist.

"Think of this at a clean slate. I know not everything is forgotten but it'll never happen again, so can it at least be forgiven? Can I get that Mrs. Oubre?"

"Mm... you can get something else too." I bit my lip.

"Did I just hear number seven?" he licked his lips and I giggled.

"No, you did not. Baby factory's closed."

"We'll see." he laughed. "I love you mook."

"I love you too."
