Third person P.O.V
Young Fira ran through the meadow as her melodic laughter echoed in the air, her elder brother Allanon chased behind her
"Fira, please we must go the elven magicians have requested our presence ." He impatiently stomped his foot on the ground as he spoke
"Allanon, please these are probably the last moments we have together before you go off to train " young Fira looked down to the ground trying not to let her tear fall because she knew she was not going to see him again, Fira was to be the Ellcrys ; the protector of the four lands, the thing that kept the creatures of the world safe from the demons.
" Fira, don't be ridiculous I'll visit plenty " her brother cooed wrapping her in his embrace, she let a tear slip,
"Fira, what is the matter ?"
" You won't see me again Al, I was chosen to be the guardian of the Ellcrys ... and I might never see you again ." She whimpered as she clung on
"What, how could father allow this you are only but a child ." He yelled furiously
" I'm not a child ...I'm 19 years old, and it wasn't his decision, I was chosen."
" When will the ceremony happen."
" Tonight, but please let's not think about it, you'll be leaving soon and I want to enjoy what might be our last day together," Fira said quietly
Allanon grabbed her and hugged her as though his life depended on it
" I'll always love you sister"
" Always and forever "

All done for the first chapter I hope you enjoyed it I have been recently obsessed with the show and couldn't get this idea out of my head,
