charlie and dan as a couple? he just couldn't see it. dan was a sweet, innocent teen who loved everything to do with astrology, and math, and science, and reading, and every other subject known to man. and charlie was a sexual ass, who just happened to kinda like stargazing.
that was it. it all makes sense now, the obsession with the sky.
