Chapter 2

James: Hey!

Me: Hi

James: I wanted to ask if you want to go out with me one day maybe tomorrow?

Me: Sure!

James: Okay then I'll pick you up at 8pm?

Me: 8 sounds great!

James: Then see you tomorrow

Me: Bye!

James: Goodnight!

I laid my phone on my desk and ran to my closet to pick an outfit for tomorrow. Shannon helped me. We didn't find anything so we decided to go shopping tomorrow. After talking we went to sleep.

We got up very early. First we had breakfast and then we got dressed for shopping in the mall.

I the mall was one boutique with very special and elegant dresses. Of course we went there. Shannon was looking in the left half and I in the right half. As we both found many dresses we went to the changing rooms and I tried on every dress. There was only one dress which I really liked. And I bought it. It was black and at the front it was short and behind it was long. We also got golden jewelry and golden high-heels. We payed and then we drove to my house. Shannon painted my nails in black. I curled my hair and putted them on the side an did my make-up. It was already 7pm and Shannon had to go. I sat on my bed and played with my phone. A half hour later my phone rang. It was Joey's sister Dani.

Me: Hey Dani! How are you?

Dani: Shut up! How could you do this to Joey?!?!

Me: Do what?

Dani: Dating James!

Me: I'm not dating him. He asked me to but I didn't say anything till now!

Dani: Yeah and why did you kissed?!

Me: Why are you asking me all of this?

Dani: You're so stupid! Didn't you get that Joey loves you?

Me: Me???

Dani: Yes and that's why he was sad yesterday! He know that you would never date him now because James asked you out!

Me: Oh really? So he loves me right now when James of Big Time Rush, the one I'm waiting for since four years, asked me out?

Dani: Seems so!

I hung up and called Joey.

Joey: Hello?

Me: Is it true? *tears in the eyes*

Joey: Tara?

Me: Yes but is it true?

Joey: What?

Me: What your sister told me!

Joey: Yes...

Me: And your feelings for me just came as I said James asked me out?

Joey: Yes...it's ju-

Me: Stop explaining! And I thought you're my friend!

I hung up and fell back on my bed. The only thing I was doing now was crying.

James' POV

I rang the doorbell and Tara's mom opened the door. "Hey James come in!" She said. "Hello!" I said and walked in. "You can go upstairs to Tara's room if you want but you can also wait here!" She said and pointed to Tara's door and then to the living-room. "I think I'll go to her!" I said walking up the stairs. I knocked on her door and then walked in. She laid on her bed and was crying. "Tara what happened?!?!" I said worried. "I ha- ha- ha-" she tried to speak but she couldn't. "Shh, calm down" I whispered to her and hugged her. After a while she calmed down and finally said what happened. "It's all my fault! I'm so sorry!" I said. Great because of me she lost her best friend... "James it's not your fault he's just so...I can't even describe how selfish he is!!!" She said now a little stronger but she was still crying a little. Then she said "Okay let's go now! I don't want to ruin your evening!" "You're not ruining my evening! I just wanted to be with you!" I said grabbing her hand. "But you also wanted to go out and not sitting in my room!" She said. I said "Fine lets go!" And so we did. I walked to the passenger side of my car and opened the door for her and then I got in the driver seat and drove to the restaurant.

We went in and a waitress showed us a nice table where we sat down. After we ordered I asked Tara "So...did you think about my question?" "Honestly no I didn't because I knew it! Of course I want to be!" She said with a very happy tone.

We ate and as we finished we talked to get to know each other better. Then we walked out to my car.

"It was very nice to be with you!" Tara said. "It's going to get better!" I said leaning her in for a passionate kiss. "Wow! You know how to surprise a girl!" She said and I was happy because she was happy.
