Saturday morning - 12:38am article room.
Up late, editing the new interns articles. I know how it feels to be an intern. Under the pressure and standards given by the company. 4 cups of strong coffee and a pack of funny worms, keeping me awake. I swear I'm too nice of a person when it comes to helping people out.
"Peww, finally finished." I press submit, log out, grab all my stuff, and headed to the parking garage.
Down the elevator, it stops on the 12 floor to pick up someone. Holding my stuff, I look up and see Matt Anderson. He looks at me, walks on the elevator and stands next to me.
"Good morning" he said. I looked over and laughed.
"Good morning Mr. Anderson."
"You're Alisha Roberts? Right?" He said to me. His light skin, beautiful smile, hazel eyes, muscular structure. He was surly a charmer! Hope he couldn't see my dark skin blushing.
"Yeah, that's me. How do you kno-"
He interrupted, "I read the New York Times. I love your articles. I know it's awkward for me to be talking about your writing skills, but I love it."
Was he really complimenting me writing skills? Haha what is he, a 11th garage English teacher?
"Thank you a lot. Why are you in this building?" I asked.
"News interview. How about you? He said. The elevator does down to the 7th floor.
"Editing the new interns articles. Getting things out the way. How's football treating you?" I asked.
He smiled, "pretty good. The teammates are cool and we have the best score overall. Hey do you have plans tonight? Or this morning?"
Hmm.. "No I don't, why?"
"I'm about to relax and watch movies at my place. Would you like to come over?" He asked.
"Ehhhh I don't know.."
"I'll have popcorn?" I couldn't help but laugh.
"Sure. I think I can spend my Saturday off with you." I said.
Flashing this pearly whites, he suggested I follow him to his place. I'm tired but I don't have anything else to do, or anywhere else to go this Saturday.

Saturday morning 2:00am - Matt's place.
Following behinds Matt's car, we pull up to a beautifully gated complex. OHMYGOSH! These are the most luxury homes in the area of New York. Driving up, he parks his car and I follow. He gets out the car and walks to his door. I come in his house, I see him drop his keys on the kitchen counter, I do the same.
"Do you have a bathroom?" I asked.
"Yeah, down the hall, to the right." He pointed. With my heels on, I walk down the wood hallway, turn right. All I see is double doors.. I walk in and it's a bedroom, setup really nicely. I examine the room. Bed. Dresser. Closet.
"You like what you see?" Matt says. He nearly scared the mess out of me!! I see him leaning against the door frame with folded arms. His unbuttoned dress shirt with a muscular tank top.
"Yeah, did you decorate yourself?" I asked, still looking around.
"Yeah. I guess you can say I have a creative side, by the way" he walked towards me. My heart rate picks up, he stood taller than me. We're about chest to chest looking into each others faces, "The bathroom is right there." He said pointing over my shoulder at a single door.
"Thanks.." I said shooting him a devious look. He turned around, walked out the bedroom and closed the doors behind him.
In the bathroom, I turn the sink on cold water. Running my hands under the water, I splash it on my face. I felt awake now. I dry my hands and walk out the bathroom. I saw the bed, how comfortable it looked..
I walk to the footboard, felt the bed, then got on the bed. My body sunk into the bed so nicely.
"Hhhhh..." I let out. Then I heard the double doors open.
"Comfortable?" He asked while walking to his bed that I was laying on. Gosh I was being so rude. He looked down at me peacefully laying there.
"Hah yeah I am." I smirked at him. He left to get the bowl of popcorn and some movies.. By the time he got back, I was sleep. Just to lay down and sleep without worries.
