"You think she got brain damage?" It's Sirius.
"You really are a dramatic boy." a woman's voice cries, exasperated, "I need to tend to others, you tell me when she's up."
The voices are silent for a while, but Remus speaks up after a bit, voice cracking, "She was running with the broom, next thing she's tumbled down..."
"Shut it Moony! She's getting up!" Sirius again.
"Owww." Is all I manage as I finally gather the strength to open my eyes, and squint at the three boys. I feel kind of weird, fuzzy.
Remus is holding my bandaged hand, "Someone managed to black out via hitting their head falling down the stalls. It was pretty dramatic."
James bursts out laughing, "Pretty dramatic? Mate, everyone was looking."
Sirius grinned, "I think they were more interested in the fact that Remus was crying like-"
A spark from Remus' wand cuts off the boy's sentence by slapping his face as he snaps, "You were the one screaming!"
I feel like laughing, do I laugh?
I don't think I'm even in control of my own body.
I mean, I can feel colours.
At least that's what I'm feeling now.
No wait, that's Lupin's hand.James put his hand on the boy's shoulder, "Which reminds me. Thank you for giving us a reason to get out of study period, we are forever in your debt Miss Novak."
"Look!" I can't contain it anymore, and I start giggling, "There are stars on Remus' face!"
It's just extremely funny!
The boys look at each other and Peter picks up a bottle on my bedside table, "Warning: May make taker drowsy."
"So?" James eyes me cautiously, which makes me giggle louder.
"She's drugged by Pomfrey's meds." Remus smirks, and turns back to me, "Lin dear, what were you saying?"
I lean forward- which hurts a bit- to poke his cheek, "Constellations on your face, freeeeeeeeeeckles."
"Do you like them?" Freckly Remus laughs.
"Yep." I pop the P, and pout, "I wish I had freckles. I could have a space face."
"Space face?" Sirius smirks, thoroughy amused.
"Space face." I whisper, then snicker.
Madame Pomfrey interrupts us, hands resting on her hips. She looks funny like that, "What did I tell you boys? Tell me when she's up!"
"But we-"
"No buts! Now, off! You've seen her and she's fine!" She shoos the boys out, closing the curtains after her.
"Bye! See ya-" I hear before the slam of a door cuts the cry off.

The medicine wears off after a while, and now I'm left with the bitter reality of what has happened to me.
One, I rode a broom after about what feels like a century.
Two, karma made sure pride was almost the death of me. But what I didn't count on was Madame Pomfrey getting me high on whatever was given to me.I do remember everything vividly.
Like space face.
I'm already dead.
Dead witch walking.
Well, sitting."Eat something." Lily brings me out of my daze. I blink at her a few times, and she repeats, "Eat."
"Thanks." I feel bad. I learnt that she'd stayed up with the boys all night, until James had forced her to go to bed. Pushing the thought away, I begin nibbling on a sandwich, "Thought you'd be at the match."
