(Chapter 5: Classes Has Begun)

Finally, the reason we came here is set into motion. In a matter of two months, the snow will let up, and it'll be pouring rain. Still cold, not that it bothered me, and rainy. I like that weather, it's kind of nice. I smile to myself, as I put my dish up. As for the uniforms.. I have ankle high black socks, the yellow, brown, and black plaid skirt, with shorts beneath, the long-sleeved white shirt, and the beige sweater vest over. I plan to wear my jacket, and boots for the snow. My legs should be fine, but I'm more worried about her.
[Hannah Linklen]
"Here." I passed the bowl to Audi, and went upstairs to change my shirt. Winter uniforms, the long-sleeve white shirt, wearing the beige sweater over, and for my legs, black knee-high socks, and the yellow, brown, and black plaid skirt. I should be warm, it'll only last two months after all. I smile and came down to Audi waiting for me by the door. "We'd better go." Audi looks behind me, strapping her boots on. "Right." I nod, and put my fur boots on. We walk quietly outside. Along the concrete path, the snow definitely stopped, and it's more lower, you can see patches of grass. Soon, it'll be full of flowers, and it will start raining. It's so pretty when it rains.
[Audi Moncraoe]
I stared down at Hannah, she looks at the patches of grass under the snow, and I saw the path to the Northern Quadrant, Emma told me about. I directed Hannah, and we continued. "It sucks that you're a year younger than me." I look away pursing my lips.
"Yeah. I won't be able to help you." Hannah tilts her head, smirking.
"Help me?" I rose an eyebrow.
"Yeah, with your social problems." She looks up at me.
"I don't have any social problems..!" I gasp, and rustled her hair.
"No~ I just got my cowlicks to stay down." She frowns, flattening her hair.
"Cowlicks?" I rose my eyebrows at her.
"Yeah.." She pats her head down, and soon gives up. I saw them spike up behind her left ear, and two on her right side. Heheh, I never noticed them. I smile to myself, and kept on the path.
"Oh, there's the building." Hannah points ahead. Woah, it's like boxes upon boxes with this school! We entered the warm building, and saw many other students chattering, and asking for directions. I look over at Hannah, as she looks down at a map.
"Uhh.. I'm on the first floor, class 1-CB." She looks at the top of the map. I look over her shoulder, and make an awkward expression. It's all just lines, and more squares! What the hell is she reading?
"You're on the second floor, class 2-BB." She smiles at me.
"How can you read that crazy thing?" I tilt my head.
"I organized it so only I can read it." She smiles determinedly.
"Heheh. Guess I'll help you get to class." I pat her head, as she looks at me surprised.
"You'll be late, Audi." She frowns at me.
"I have to see you get there safely. So go on, I got you." I pushed her onward, as she fumbled the map around to fit in her backpack. She leads the way, students stuck to the sides, or in their classrooms, it wasn't much of a hassle as I thought it was going to be. Hannah shooed me off, once I dropped her off, and I was off to class 2-BB.
[Carmine Orangee]
"Ugh.. I have the worst teacher of al!" I sigh heavily.
"What are you going on about?" A small girl with pink twin tails, sighs at me.
"Huh?" I sat straight in my seat.
"Carmine? It seems we're in the same class, again." She says in a snooty attitude.
"Hmph. Don't talk to me." I cross my arms, and face the wall.
"You were being annoying, so keep it down." She retorts.
"Huh? You should mind your own business." I glared at her, ugh, I can't stand her.
"You shouldn't disrespect authority like that!" She growls at me.
"Whatever authority! Stop harassing students." I glared at her.
"H-Harassment? You would know everything of that sort. I have better things than, talking to you." She gets up, and leaves the classroom.
"Finally, some peace and quiet." I said as she slams the door shut. Finally, she's gone for the time being. Carly Lockart, the Vice Captain of the Disciplinary Committee. Annoying, arrogant, and adamant. Every year since I've been here, she's been there. It started out with a simple class game of Jeopardy. She called out my answer to the problem, SHE gets the points? That was unfair, and stupid. Ever since that, she's been stealing everything away from me, especially that Vice Captain position.. I knew he trusted me more, and yet, she gets it, tch!
[Mia Oouro]
"Hey, Mia got a moment?" A girl with dark blue hair, looks down at me.
"Hm?" I approach her, and clicked my glasses up.
"I don't mean to impose on you, but I'd like to hold a study group at your dorm." She looks at me with a grin, and challenging eyes.
"Hm. Think you can win this time?" I smirk, looking at her.
"Of course." Her smug smile never fails.
"What time?"
"Really? That's great!" She smiles, and gets excited. "I'll text you the time." She clears her throat, and exits the meeting room. Tori Skyiar, the Student Council President. She's been latched onto me, since our first-year of High school. She seems to think about her decisions, the way she asked me was hesitant. I know that she's top student in grades, we go back and forth, her and I. We held study groups at her dorm a few times, she made this game up, and the first few times, I won against her. This time, Tori wants to hold it at my home. Oh, but what will we study, it's barely the first day. She's a bad liar, I smirk, and exit the meeting room. In a few minutes classes will begin. I wonder if the others found their ways. I walk down the hallway alone, glancing out the windows, I heard a metal clanging, and hiss of a can opening. I spotted Tori drinking a can of juice, and threw it out. She spots me, and walks towards me with a smile.
"Heading to class?" She asks.
"Yeah." I kept on walking.
"Mind if I tagged along?" Tori questions.
"Not at all." I shook my head.
"Hmhm." She chuckles to herself, and folds her arms. "In two months it'll be rainy season. I'll have to buy an umbrella big enough for two." Tori clenched a fist in the air.
"What are you on about?" I look over at her.
"The seasonal rain. It's a seeping chance to gain rom points." She grins. "..." I can't follow her anymore.. She goes on, and on. All the way to the classroom. Tori still doesn't stop, she continues on, talking about, "the glory of summer bathing suits." I look at her with my usual expression, she seems happy at the least. 
[Ken Suchago]
Hm, sure is taking a while for class to start. I glance over at the opposite end of the room. A few students are seated, talking, and few twiddling on their phones. No one from my house is in my class, um, 2-CD. I slump my head on the desk. Looking pass the students out the window, it's too cloudy. Oh, that reminds me, I should probably buy an umbrella soon. I look over at the main board. "Please take your seats, and wait patiently for the teacher to arrive." It says. I'm kind of glad class hasn't started, I've always been late on my first days of school. I wonder what Hannah is doing~ I smile to myself, and a image of Collins showed up. Eh? H-How could "she" be a "he" I would have never guess if the nurse hadn't said anything. When I think of cute, Hannah pops in my head. She's small, always smiling, helping, and lecturing Audi sometimes. Even if her words don't set in Audi's mind, Audi pats her head. I wonder if she would let me do that~ eh- but than I'd have to deal with Audi. She is scary. Now that I think about it, she's always around Hannah, I wonder if she did something to her, like Emma did. Heheh, when Emma told me about it, I couldn't help but laugh. Audi fell for a prank? Hm.. That day, Hannah interfered when Emma was telling me the story. She was defending Audi, saying that, she was the one who originally fell for it, but Audi pushed her back, and saved her from being pranked. Audi's a pretty strange person. I frown, and look up, maybe I'm overthinking things?

[Collins Everiece]
Being a first-year, and able to being an assistant nurse. I'm pretty lucky, I'm even able to get called down if Angel needs my help. I doubt it though, she can handle everything. So for now, I sit in my class. Watching everyone closely. A few of them look sick, but they're wearing masks, and being sanitary. You got three students behind me running inside, setting up a prank by the door. I frown, and looked around. Everyone seems anxious for class, no one seems to be in a bad, or restless mood. I feel pleased, and smile to myself. Everyone's in good health, Emma, and Ken are healing. I felt a rumble in my desk, and take my phone out. It's from angel.
"Good morning, and happy first day of school! I won't be able to come today, I got a cold! You'll be my fill-in, the officials already approved so make your way there, and do your best!" Sh-she got a cold? I cocked my head, and replied. "Understood. Please don't forget to take medicine, and get well soon." I got up, and headed downstairs to the main building, and into the clinic. It's dark, and not occupied at the moment. I guess I'm nurse for today. I open the curtains for the windows, and for the beds. I got my personal record keeper and sat it on the desk, and scanned the room. It's been cleaned up, and chairs are stacked in a corner. I like this to myself, back into the peace and quiet of a hospital room.
[Emma Valkyre]
"I heard there would be a ten minute delay for the students." I grin at Ty.
"Huh? For what..?" She looks at me questioningly.
"I dunno. I forgot." I shrug.
"Hmph." She sighs, and makes an annoyed expression.
"Anyways! Remember that nurse, Collins?" I nudge her.
"Collins? Is that her name?" Ty rose her eyebrows at me.
"Yup, and guess what?" I gulp.
"Hm?" She looks at me.
"She's a guy." My eye twitches. I still couldn't believe that, he's a really feminine guy.
"Ehh? R-Really?" Ty gasps.
"Yeah, Audi figured it out as soon as she spotted him. I never realized it.." I straighten my face.
"It's cause your an idiot.." Ty gently chops my head.
"I-Idiot?" I frown. "You didn't realize it either." I pointed out.
"I didn't really care.. B-Besides he looked too young to be the nurse, so I already assumed he was their assistant, but, for her to be a he. I didn't expect that." Ty looks away awkwardly.
"Yeah, I suppose.. But I have to apologize to him.." I look down.
"What'd you do?" Ty questions me.
"I made a scene about him being a guy. I embarrassed him, knowing that he's super shy, and going and doing that, dinner was awkward for me, I felt bad that entire night." I frown, folding my arms.
"Than you should go and apologize." Ty tells me.
"But he'd be in class, and we'd have to check all sixteen classes.
"Or we can try, the most sensible place, the clinic." Ty throws a hand out.
"You're right! Lets go!" I grin, and grabbed her hand sprinting off. "I'm sorrrryyy Collins!!!" I shout going down the hall.
"Sh-Shut up idiot! And let me go!" Ty shouts keeping up with me.
[Dakota Anvilory]
I got woken up by a classmate. I yawned, and looked at his direction. "Um.. Class is starting." He makes a weird face, and takes his seat. I sigh, why'd he wake me up?
I glanced at a wall clock, as it goes black, and a bell rings. Everyone chatters excitedly, and take their seats, it quietens down to whispers. I watched the door as I heard footsteps approach outside. I heard several snickers beside me, and the teacher walks in. As he takes the first step inside, an eraser fell down, and a powder of dust exploded on his head. He doesn't move, and the class laughs. I sigh, and lay my head down. Oh, come to think of it, when did I arrive at school?
[Ken Suchago]
"Owowow..." I walk down the hall, looking at my cast. Why does it hurt so bad now? I frown. I saw clouds of dust in the hallways, and squinted. Is it a person late for class? I smirk, as I realized who it was. As they sprinted by me, our eyes followed each other. Emma smiles, with a frown. I rose an eyebrow. What was she doing? I shrug, and continue down to the clinic. I need some painkillers for my arm. I eventually made it to the clinic and walked in to see Collins, with his usual surprised look. "Ken..?" He blinks, and stood up, looking away.
"Nurse again, huh?" I force a smile.
"A-Angel got a cold.." He stammers.
"I see, I was wondering if you had any painkillers, my arm's starting to hurt." I smiled awkwardly.
"I see.." He nods, and walks to a cabinet. "Here, usually we'd prescribe them.. But, I understand the pain." He gives me a bottle of painkillers, and sits back at his desk.
"Thank you, Collins. I'll see you back at home." I smile, popping a pill.
"Ah, wa-wait." Collins stood up, as I stopped in my tracks.
"Hm?" I cock my head.
"Go home for today. Those painkillers will just knock you o-..." He cuts off, and doesn't say anything else.
"Huh? C-Collins, what were you saying?" I frown awkwardly.
"I-I'll take you home!" He looks at me blushing, with twinkling orange eyes.
"Uh.. F-For what?" I questioned, what's with him all of a sudden?
"Th-Those painkillers.. They make you sleepy.. No good in the classroom, if you're asleep." He forces out.
"S-Sure, you're the doctor here." I shrug, as he puts on his sweater, and leads me out. Taking the shortcut path, and back to The Grand Goliath. H-He makes such a fuss over small things.
[Emma Valkyre]
Crap, crap, crap! I don't know what class I'm in! And Ty left me! Sh-Should I text her? No! She must be in class already, b-but.. We're in the same class.. So it- no! I shook my head, and clenched my fists. "I'll find it on my own!" I said fired up, and started to sprint down the hallway.
"Hey! No running in the halls!" A voice bellows ahead of me. I halted, and back away. Oh, a teacher! "What are you doing? I believe classes has begun already." He looks at me with a glare.
"I'm lost!" I frown at him.
"Huh?" He takes a step back, shocked.
"Help me!" I pleaded.
"Alright, alright. Um.. Lets go to the faculty office.. What's your name?" He starts to walk, and looks back at me.
"Emma Valkyre, second year." I answered him.
"Alright Emma, once we get there it'll clear up. I understand, getting lost in such a complex, it's inevitable." He looks shunned, and grabs onto the wall.
"Eh?" I frown.
[Faculty Office]
He sat behind his desk, and asked for my student information, I answered him, and instantly he told me my class was 2-BC. He walked me there, and excused my tardy directly, I didn't know the teachers were so kind! I thanked him as he left for his duties. There I was, safely in class, across from me, Ty. She grins at me, and laughs quietly. She left me on purpose?! Even when we barely entered the school the bells rang, and she took off directly here, I didn't even get to apologize to Collins. Uggh.. I groan on the desk. "A-Are you alright, Valkyre?" The teacher gasps.
[Audi Moncraoe]
I wonder what Hannah's doing. "Hey! Pay attention!" The teacher shouts at me. I wonder if she's having fun. "Please, leave the classroom." The teacher says blankly. Maybe this is my chance from above?
[Hannah Linklen]
Classes are trudging along, as everyone makes introductions. I was the third, starting on the left side of the classroom, by the doors. I sigh gently, I wonder what Audi is doing now? Maybe she's dozing off? I chuckle to myself. She's probably stirring trouble.
[Mia Oouro]
Classes were in session, and Tori kept me around with her, excusing me from morning periods.
"Why'd you arrange all this?" I question her. As we were walking down the halls, scanning, and looking for stray students.
"Ah, nothing much." She forces an awkward smile, crossing her arms behind her head. I looked towards her, as we continued down silently. She lead me to the Student Council Room, and after that.
"C-Can you help me with paperwork?" She laughs awkwardly.
"..." Eh? Is that all she wanted? "Of course." I nod, and took a seat behind her desk.
"That's my seat.." She points weakly.
"Guests should be treated with respect. You ARE asking me to help." I clicked my glasses.
"Well, I don't really care anyways. I appreciate the help! My vice cap is out today, and I couldn't get it done alone." She smiles, and thanks me.
"Don't mention it." I shook my head, and split her large pile of paperwork. She moves towards a neighboring desk, and we began diligently working. Tori makes everything so complicated. I glance up at her as she smiles to herself, smugly, another lie?
[Carmine Orangee]
Finally! Lunch time has arrived. I fumbled in my desk, and grabbed the lunch I assembled. I unwrap the cloth, and smirk. A ham, and cheese omelette, with rice, and sausage links. A good breakfast-lunch. I stabbed at the links, and bit down. Microwave food tastes horrible, compared to Hannah's cooking. I frown, keeping my mouth still.

Seems that it's lunch time, according to that kid who woke me up. I stood up, exited the classroom, and headed aimlessly to the cafeteria. Following the signs they post everywhere, I didn't get lost as long. I ordered ramen, and sat down in an empty table. I clap my hands, and chowed down. Oh! I wonder what Hannah's ramen tastes like.
[Emma Valkyre]
Ah, lunch time, and also our break time~ teacher's introductions gets boring, and repetitive. "Did you make a lunch for yourself?" Ty, turns in the seat in front of me.
"Huh? Crap! I forgot~" I clench my head frowning.
"Oh? I guess you starve.." Ty shrugs, and unveils her simple sandwich lunch.
"... I-I'm gonna run to the cafeteria!" I stood up, and rushed down.
"Okay." Ty nods, and continues on her lunch. I sprinted as fast as I could, and made it their without any problems. I got some.. Hmm.. I don't know yet. Uh, what'd we have for dinner last night? I forgot. I sigh, and checked my Reils. Eh?! I-I only have coins. I sniffle, and spotted a vending machine. I approach it, oh! It has bread. I put my coins in, H8. The spring turns clockwise, pushing out the packaged circle bread. I grin, face pushed against the glass. Waiting anxiously for the bread to slip, and fall down. The spring stops rotating, and the bread leans towards me, and it's plastic package pushed against the glass. "Ehhhh!?!" I clenched my head, and shout. I heard the students murmur, and whisper. I stared as the bread stays suspended in mid-air. It's teasing me, Hannah's food never teased me!
[Collins Evereice]
Seems to be lunchtime, time sure flies in serenity. I sigh, and spun around. I'm not really up for lunch, but I can't help but be curious what the others are eating. Especially Hannah. Her being the cook, imagine her wonderful boxed lunch. I smile, one night with her dinner was like eating paradise. Every food she made  was delicious, you couldn't complain about it.
[Mia Oouro]
As lunch crept behind us, Tori brought out a large boxed lunch. Her coming from a rich family, it was quite expected. But for something to be that size, all that for just Tori. It was a bit much, so she shared some with me. Most of it was traditional foods that I've never seen, or had. Tori explained each dish before I ate. Of course, they were good. Not as delicious as Hannah's cooking though.
[Audi Moncraoe]
I waited up at the roof. Several bench tables were lined up, they even had their own shades. I had to shoo off other people, of course, I was waiting for Hannah. She said she'd make a boxed lunch for us. Hehehe. I'm the lucky one who gets to eat Hannah's lunch. They all deal with what they got from home, stores, or the cafeteria. I grin, looking as the snow slowly, and gently fall down. I laid back, and looked at the roof's cover. It's metallic, and surprisingly clean. The bench seemed brand new, and had no stains, or scratch marks. This school really is something. I threw myself up, and looked over the edge, it's quite a ways down, but you'll land on a box, and probably stay there. I looked up, grey and cloudy. I'm looking forward to the rainy season. I smile, feeling the coolness of the winter breeze. What's taking her so long? 
[Hannah Linklen]
"Could I eat with you?" A boy's face is red, and smiles at me. "No! Let me O' goddess!" Another boy smiles. "No~ pick me!" "Me!" "No me!" Piles of boys bombarded me. I frown, and force a smile. "I'm already eating lunch with someone else." "Ehhhh?!" They all groan, as I make my way to the roof. Geez, I'm so late, just wait for me Audi! After at least eight flights of stairs, I made it to the roof, where I saw a girl with piercing eyes spot me. She rose an eyebrow, and looks at me. "What took you so long?" She approaches me, with a small smile.
"Sorry, classmates wanted to eat with me." I look away.
"Oh? Did you tell them you're taken already?" She smirks.
"Hm, of course, Audi." I smile, and spot a bench. I set our lunches down, and took a seat. Audi takes a seat, and gazes at me. I unwrapped the cloth, and gave the box to Audi, as she looks down surprised. I got my part of the box, and smiled up at Audi. "Just a sandwich?" Audi looks down, disappointed.
"Eh? D-Do you not like it?" I gulp, and frown at her. I knew I should've made something more significant.
"Of course not, whatever you make is delicious." Audi smiles at me, and takes a bite of the sandwich. It's simple, yes, but I put a special sauce in my sandwiches. Including the bread, ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and ending bread is all flavor. Audi stops, and hold her bite. I slightly jump, is something wrong?!
"I-It's really good." Audi devours the sandwich.
"I'm glad." I smiled, taking a bite of my own. Heheh, Audi likes my sandwiches.
[Ken Suchago]
Huh, these pills really hit the spot. After I finished doing business in the bathroom, I immediately laid down. I'm still woozy of the pills. I could barely keep my eyes open, I couldn't even.. Talk in my own head..
[Audi Moncraoe]
Time slipped by, and it was back to class. Of course, I walked Hannah back, as I got glares of the male classmates. "See you after school, Audi." Hannah waves to me, as I gave her a nod, and headed back towards my class. School really is trudging along, and that's where I was wrong. The school day eventually ended, and Hannah and I walked home, taking that North Quad path. We talked about our teachers on the way home. "Hm, seems like we aren't the first ones home." I put my boots up, and spotted tan worker boots, most likely.. Hmm.. Kens.
"Oh, is that so?" Hannah takes a deep breath, and gets up. I stood up, and looked down at our shoes, side by side.
[Ken Suchago]
I heard the door open, then gently shutting. School must be over, I roll over to see my alarm clock, 3:25. Hm, I wonder who it is? I sat up, my left arm feeling numb, and my right arm sore. I guess the pills just help me sleep. I sigh, and threw myself up. I stumbled out my door, and at the top of the steps. "Welcome home!" I shout, to whoever was down there.
[Audi Moncraoe]
"Yeah, it is that idiot." I sigh, looking up.
"Ken?" Hannah rose her eyebrows.
"Just ignore him.." I sweep my hand.
"Okay.. Like I was saying~" Hannah smiles at Audi.
[Dakota Anvilory]
I ran into Carmine, and we walked home together. I didn't speak, but Carmine was going on about this girl, Carly. How she stole his attention, and uh, glory? I don't know, I ignored him halfway there. We put our shoes up, as I noticed other shoes. Hannah's, Audi's, and Ken's. Hm? Carmine walked into the kitchen, and started an argument with Audi. I sigh, and slightly smile to myself. There they go once again. I walked upstairs, to my bedroom, and stood by my windowsill. The Shannon was beautiful as ever. I gave it some water, and just gazed at it in awe.
[Mia Oouro]
"Uh.. Some business came up." Tori frowns. "I-I decided to cancel tonight's plans." She looks away, as if she lost the game of her life.
"I see. I don't mind." I told her.
"Hm.." *Ring! Ring!* "ah, excuse me." Tori flips her phone out, and walks away. She sighs, and complained to the phone, as she finally hung up. "I'm sorry. I have to go." Tori apologizes.
"Good luck." I click my glasses as she runs off. It's always something with her. I shrug, and decide to head back home. I glanced at my phone, 4:00. Dinner should be stirring up, when I get there.
[Emma Valkyre]
"I'll see you later." Ty waves me off, as she heads to her dorm building. I wave, and headed for the short path. Nothing much to speak of today. Simple, and easy.

Seems like it's the end of the day. I yawned, and stretched out. I didn't have much visitors today. I decided to leave after cleaning,l and locking up. Dinner should be done when I get home, I shouldn't have skipped lunch, I'm starving.
[Audi Moncraoe]
The day ended as usual, dinner was savored by the others, and we talked about our teachers before leaving to our rooms. I stayed at the table, as Hannah finished up whatever she was doing in the kitchen. It was only us two, I let out a gentle sigh, I want the season to change already. "I'm done." Hannah walks in, dusting herself off.
"Ready to go to bed?" I got up, and turned towards her. "Yeah." She nods, looking at me. I exited the dining room, and locked the front door, as Hannah waits by the steps. I walk towards her as she starts walking up. I followed behind her, staring at the wall. We said goodnight to each other, and I laid in my bed, staring up at the roof. Another day tomorrow. After that, days passed by, weeks, and before I knew it, it was the middle of January.
