Chater 1

Lucy's POV when she was 14
Hey mom when is dad coming home. For what sweetie? Mom asked. Because I need some help with weapons type homework. Oh ok. He should be home in about 30 minutes to an hour. Mom had said. Ok. Where is Wendy at? She is out side playing with the other village kids. She said. Ok. Just wondering because I wanted to spend sometime with her before dad gets home. A few minutes latter Wendy comes in and she looked sweaty and hungry, good thing mom was cooking dinner. Dad walked in 10 minutes after Wendy. I waited a little after dinner and asked dad if he would help me with my homework. He said sure and we made a sword and a dagger for my hunting class. Before bed we heard some noises, so dad and I went to go see what it was and we saw some people that called themselves Sabers, from the Sabertooth Gang, they were attacking us from afar. That is when dad and I got the other men to help flee the off before they could do something to the villagers. We had been successful or so we thought, when we had gotten back to the house I had found that my dad was wounded and my mom was on the ground lifeless and my sister was crying from under the floorboards so I tapped the floor to let her know it was ok to come out and then I went to my dad and so did my sister. I was trying bandage his wound when he said that he was not going to make it because of the poison that was on the weapon that hit him. My sister and I both started to cry and we keep trying to help but it did no good the died in my arms. That is when we became the kids with no parents and no one to rely on. That is when I had to be strong for my sister and myself, I hide my emotions and only showed them to my sister. She became quite and showed no emotions to anyone but me. We left the village and started to move around the land of Fiori, but we can to visit our parents sometimes to show our respect and love so that they did not die for ungrateful kids, that did not mean that we had to be kind to people unless we needed to and if you mess with us you'll regret it.

Lucy's POV Present Time
Hey Wendy want to get something to eat. Yah sure but we need Jewels to get something to eat. Wendy said . Ok then what do you want so that we can know how much to get. I want and apple with some smoked dear ok so we will need to get about 70 Jewel because I want some dear to. Who looked like they have a lot of Jewel but can feel little hands. That man looked like he has a lot because look at how he is dressed and then how much clothes he has on. Good eye Wendy I said. Thanks. Wendy said. Ok Wendy go do your thing and don't get caught. Wendy went over behind the man so that he would not see her and she took his wallet from his pocket and ran, he didn't even notice that the wallet was gone. That is when we see that is man he like 7000 Jewel in his wallet. Jack-pot I said and Wendy's eyes were so wide is was crazy. Wendy and I went and got our food that should last us about a week because we don't eat that much. But after we were about to leave I saw a paper that something about needing strong and wise for something. So I stopped and read the paper and it said: The prince needs a guard and the palace will give you food, clothes, and somewhere to sleep. You need to be strong and wise to keep the prince safe from gangs and crooks. Thank you and hope to see that you can make the part.
That is stupid Wendy said. No if we try out we might be luck and get the job and I would be able to protect you even more because I will be able to carry a weapon and they won't thing that I am apart of a gang. I hate people think I'm in a gang because all they are is killers and asshole. I agree. Wendy said. So you want to go with me or do you want to go walking around. Yah I go walking but you got to give a dagger at least to keep myself safe while you are gone. Wendy said with a poker face. Ok deal but be safe while I'm gone ok. Ok. Wendy said. Ok I'm off see you latter, be safe.

At The Palace No Ones POV
Lucy was walking in to the palace court yard in a cloak that covered her face and her figure. Lucy could feel their stairs on her and she sneered at them and leaned on one of the court yard walls. Then someone walked out of the palace doors and looked at the people that have gathered around to see if they can be the princes guard. That is when Lucy saw something that angered her, she saw the person that had killed her father. He was a royal guard for the palace but then why did she see him with the Sabertooth gang. Lucy thought to herself. She was snapped out of her thoughts when she heard someone talking to the group.
WE ARE GOING TO TEST YOUR STRENGTH TO SEE IF YOU CAN HANLD WHAT THE ROYAL GUARDS HAVE TO DO AND SEE. The guard yelled.
Yah if that is the case then why are we still standing here. Someone from the group called out. I see that you don't have what it takes to be a guard because you have to be patient to be one and you sir are not. You may leave the palace and anyone else that can not wait to try out. Almost 3/4s of the men had left and only 10 of them remand including Lucy. That is when a red head came out. The guard died that this will be your test. You have to fight Erza Scarlet to become a royal guard.
Fight me!! Erza yelled. One by one fought her and one by one they lost but when it can to Lucy she fought and Erza cut open her cloak in the fight and they found out that Lucy was a girl and that she had fought the Great Titania herself and Lucy hit her in the stomach and then kicked her in the stomach and the punch her in the face. Erza was out cold after the
last hit. The guard was shocked and so was Erza when she had gotten back up but still was drunk walking since she did just get knocked out for like 10 seconds. Young lady what is your name and how did you beat Erza. Yah how did you beat me no one has been able to even lay a blade to me in 12 years. My name is Lucy Heartfilia and I did not think I just followed my instincts and that is how I won. Lucy Said. You will meet the prince and you will be his new-. Before the guard could finish Lucy said only if my sister can stay with me. Lucy said in a cold but yet she still ware a poker face. Can she clean and cook? The guard asked. Yes but she can fight to better then cleaning but not better then cooking. Ok, she can stay but she will be trains to fight by Erza and she will also help cook for the Royal family. The guard said as Erza nodded to what he was saying. Yes sir when do I start. Lucy asked. Today and where is your sister? She is in town, I will go get her if that is alright with you. Yes but make it fast because you two still have to meet the Royal family. Said the guard. Yes sir Lucy said.
