It was perfect. The sky was shining with brightly lit stars, there was a small warm breeze, it was a dry night in California and most importantly I was alone with the most important guy in my life. Him.

Sav- I know and I love you for it
Ryland- I love you too
We sit and smile at each other before he leaned in and within moments of blissful silence, his lips connected with mine. I smiled as he deepened the kiss and then slowly let go before letting his forehead touch mine and placing his hand on the side of my face to tuck a strand of hair behind my ears. I looked up at him and thought to myself: "How did I get so lucky as to meet someone so incredible?" - If only...

(Savannah's POV)
I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock ringing and the shine of the LA sun from my window. I glanced over to my phone and pressed the home screen to have it flash up and read: 6:21. Why was I up so early? I shrugged to myself and lifted up the covers to slide out my legs and stand up. I went into the white bathroom, had a shower, got dressed in a Black dress that was patterned with pink and green flowers and then went downstairs. When I got to the kitchen, my mum was cooking delicious- looking bacon, my dad was sat at the table reading the newspaper, my brother was on his phone and my sisters were eating their breakfast: Cereal. I smiled. I loved it when my family was together in the same room.
Sav- Morning
Mom- Morning Sweetie, how you feeling?
Sav- I'm ok, except I had another one of the dreams last night
Mom- Oh I'm sorry, here have some bacon, it'll make you feel better
Sav- I'm not so sure of that Mom
Mom- Listen Babe, I know that you love him ok but he is your best friend so maybe it isn't the best thing, you having feelings for Ryland
Sav- I know but I can't help it, I just wanna hug him and kiss him every time I see him
Brandon- My little sister everyone
Sav- Shut up, it's not my fault I like him
Mom- She's right it isn't so leave your sister alone
Brandon- Fine, sorry
Then I heard the front door open and seconds later after hearing it close, the Lynch family walked into our kitchen, including Ryland. I breathed out.
Ryland- Hey guys
Brandon- Hey! I am so glad your here, I'm sick of having no one my age around and don't get me started on being stuck as the brother of Savannah, she is so not interesting
I scoffed.
Sav- Shut- up, I am too interesting
Brandon- No Savannah, no you are not
Sav- Yes I am, Rydel tell him
Rydel- Don't get me involved
Ryland- C'mon Brandon, she isn't that bad
He said that while looking at me and smiling making me blush slightly.
Sav- Thanks
Ryland- No problem, now c'mon let go B- Boy, I don't wanna waste time sitting here when I could be beating you at Football
Brandon- As if your gonna beat me, I am the master of football
Ryland- Prove it
Brandon- Is that a challenge?
Ryland- Indeed it is
Brandon- Oh it's on
Then they ran out of the door after staring at each other. I heard the door close.
Mom- You going?
Sav- No, No, I'm gonna stay here and get some songwriting done for the new album
Rydel- You sure?
Sav- Yeah, you go and have fun, I'll be fine and besides someone has to write the songs and at looks of it, it doesn't look like Brandon is going to so go on, just go
Rydel- Alright, fine if you insist
Sav- I do
Lynches- Bye
Then they walked out of the kitchen and I heard the door open and close minutes later. I sighed. I wanted nothing more than to go to the park with them but if I spent anymore time with or even near Ryland, I'll probably end up telling him everything. How he is my first love. How he's my crush. How he's the main focus in my dreams.
