Chapter 7

Emma

Percy had put me in the Athena cabin. I started hysterical crying when I saw Jason's bed with a majority of his possessions. That's when I came up with an idea. I got up and went to run out of the cabin, when Percy grabbed my arm. I turned to face him. "where are you going?" he asked urgently. "I'm going to see Hades." I replied simply. "Don't you see Percy! I can bargain with Hades! I can exchange my life for Jason's! I was the one who was supposed to die. I can fix this! I would never kill myself! That would mean that Jase died for nothing! But this.. This is different!" Percy stared at me! " I'm not letting you do this!" he said, positioning himself in between me and the door. "that isn't going to stop me I said" Percy uncapped riptide, as I turned my cladder ring into my sword. Percy swung riptide at me, making sure not to hurt me. "why can't you just let me go! It's my life! It's my decision! Just stop! Why can't you just let me fix this?! Okay!? who died and gave you control of my life" I screamed at the top of my lungs, trying to fight Percy with my hands and eventually giving up and crying into Percy's shoulder. "shhhh" is said rubbing my back" you'll make it trough this."

Percy

I comforted Emma. We were going to have to keep her under lock and key. I knew her...I knew she wouldn't give up that quickly, her dedication, especially for those she loves, is one of the qualities that makes her such a great leader. But what really scared me, was the fact that Athena told Emma that her fatal flaw was that she would do anything to save the people she loves and is she loved anyone it was Jason! Annabeth came running to her cabin and was suprised to find me here. I quickly caught her up on everything and she agreed with me. She recommended that I go explain to Chiron while she stays with Emma, so not to upset Athena. I quickly abided and ran off.

Piper

Everyone at camp was so upset. I still couldn't believe that Jason was gone! After everything him and Emma have been through, it was just so tragic. my boyfriend, Jason Grace, and I had kept our distance, since we didn't want to upset her. All children of the prophecy, along with Nico DiAngelo, had a week free from our normal responsibilities. Jason and I were using this time to spend sometime together. "Hey Beauty Queen, Whazzup!?" oh Leo. I chuckled. "Not much" I replied. " soooo," Leo began, "any chance you could set me up with a date, since the whole Hazel thing didn't work out, and well with your whole chart speaking thing, as well as the fact that your a child of Aphrodite" I cut him "Of course!" I said, smiling. oh, what have I gotten myself into! Why couldn't I just call one of Leo's fan girls! Oh well! It's time for my date with Jason
