Camp is almost Over and Emma has been trying to convince everyone that if she leaves she will be killed by monsters. I only wish it could have been different. That I could see Emma again. Of course, we all have been refusing, since we all know that the only reason she wants to stay is so she can stay and grieve, which isn't even good for her. I sat there, remembering when Emma and Jase had first entered camp, and I knew that they were important.
Flashback
I stood looking at the two new campers, both already claimed. "All hail, Jason Vinchelli, son of Athena, and Emma Marino (AN: Marino means from the sea!), daughter of Poseidon" I said, everyone kneeling, as they looked up at the two, who were currently very confused. "I understand your confusion," I said, "Follow me and I shall explain, " I continued walking towards the big house. Once in the big house, I turned toward the two. I decided to start with Emma, mince she looked less confused, and more like her greatest dream was coming true. " The books are real," I heard her whisper to herself, " I soooo called this!" she said excitedly, but again in a whisper. " Emma," I began, " as I can see you read the book series, by Rick Riordan, then you know you have a brother, well two brothers, Percy Jackson and Tyson," a huge smile erupted on her face as she was practically sitting here fan-girling, "anyway," I continued, " after your father had Percy, he realized how important a father figure is and how if you wanted even the slightest chance of a normal life, your mother would have had to through her life away, and he didn't want that, so he talked to Hera and made an agreement that she would stall the pregnancy until the next time your mother fell in love, which is why you were premature," Emma interrupted me, " so basically he let someone else take the fall for his mistakes and on top of it all my dads family isn't even my real family!?!?" she exclaimed, clearly annoyed "actually," I continued, "your 'father' is actually a descendant of Poseidon, he just didn't know it, so he treated you like he would his own daughter, because as far as he knows, you are his daughter, and since he's a descendent of Poseidon, his family is your family, and your mother got to have a successful life." Emma pondered this for a second, "but Percy only had to see Gabe for a little bit to cover his sent, I had to see the witch every other weekend!," I thoughts she might ask this. "you see, Emma, when you were born, it was shown that you were the child of the prophecy, so you were blessed, or given a power from each of the gods, so you attracted more monsters" I looked into her eyes and saw that she understood. Now it was time to explain to Jason. I only hope he'll understand. "Now, Jason," I said turning to him, "as Im sure you know, Athena has her children merely by thought," Jase nodded, showing his understanding, " we'll, your mother, Athena, realized just how horrible your father was, however she wasn't able to raise you herself' so she found one other descendants, who knew their identity, and had her raise you. It just so happened, that this descendant, Stacy' had dated your father, so it was easy to convince him that you were his, and as I'm sure you know, had two other children with Stacy, your half sisters, before leaving after having multiple affairs," I looked up at Jase once I finished saying this remark and saw pure disgust in his eyes and the mention of his father. " Jason," I continued " Stacy really does care about you, I hope This doesn't change your views about her, and you must know that Athena won't be mad if you still view her as your mother, as long as you still view Athena as your mother too." Jase nodded, "Of course," he said " their my mothers, I love both of them," he said
End of Flashback
I smiled, them frowned when I realized I would still have to tell her. What would she do? How would she react? I sighed, this part was one always the hardest part. I just wish I could have done something to prevent it.
