See I told you last chapter that it is gonna be a headcannon.
Anyway, I have seen/read a lot of people say how Romano and Prussia are not there anymore and they might disappear in any second.
Well actually, I think for Romano it is that his name means "from Roma" so I believe that he will ever exist if Roma exist, which till today exist. I know he is the south, but it is mostly his name that says that.
It is also the case of Veneziano, which his name means "from Venice", so the same pattern, if Venice exists, Veneziano exist.
And for Prussia, a lot of people said that he joined Germany in the last second, it was Germany who protected him. That is why he stayed and didn't disappear, because Germany wanted him to stay and Germany joined him with him.
