Taking a sip from his cup, he noticed a letter in the newspaper that was complaining that England was being forced to take deported French soldiers.... "What the.. What THE ACTUAL.. WHO IS THAT BLOODY WANKER WHO WROTE THIS. I WANT THIS STOPPED RIGHT NOW!!"

Arthur then went to visit Francis to ask him what was going on.
"What... I didn't... Actually... England is too good for our French prisoners.." Said Francis
"WhAT? Now you say that? Then why did you say that we are taking your prisoners? And now you say England is too good for your goddamned prisoners? Why can't you take care of your prisoners?? You are really ARE A FROG!"
"But, what the hell, don't you accuse me of something I didn't DO!!

And it went on like that...

They were on edge of making war and then Alfred appeared one day.

"Dude calm down, what is that you're fighting about?" Said Alfred

"Here take a look at this, eyebrows is accusing me of this!!" Said Francis

Alfred took the letter in hand and read it, and he just burst out of laughter.
"Why are you laughing? You are such a twat!!" Said Arthur

"Oh my god, you won't believe this, that letter is a letter that Franklin wrote, we wanted to see your reactions." Said Alfred through his laughter

"What the.."

"We were bored in England and we wanted to entertainment, so Franklin got this amazing idea and we watched you to see your reactions!!" Said Alfred and then kept laughing like maniac.
