What Prussia does:
At the empty gym:

on the treadmill: barely jogging
push ups: almost doing 50 (slowly)
lifting: 50kg (with all the light weighs)
Abs-workouts: so slow at doing them

At the full gym:

on the treadmill: running
Push ups: 100 quickly
Lifting: 100kg (really heavy weighs), then flexing in front of everyone
Abs-workouts: doing it so quickly
