Chapter 16 – Jealously, Guilt, Love.

*Sam’s POV*

Niall was obviously trying to flirt with me and he wasn’t really trying to hide it with all the compliments and giving me his jacket, which was actually a very nice of him and very warm. I help but laugh when he told me that Harry liked Jess because Jess just had told me she liked Harry and to get rid of Niall so we they could be alone so it was funny to know they both think alike. But after a while I felt guilty, I had a boyfriend in there who just told me he loved and I was sitting out here with wearing another guy’s jacket and flirting. It wasn’t right. So when Yasmin came and called us in I was somewhat slightly relieved.

When I went straight to Jamie and a gave him a proper full on kiss, I think I caught him off guard because he seemed surprised.

“Wow! What was that for?” he asked surprised.

“What can’t a girl kiss her boyfriend who she loves without being question?” I said with a smirked plastered on my face. He just smiled at me then kissed me back but this time longer and more passionately. Then we heard Sophie’s voice calling everyone, Jamie put his arm around me and lead me to where Sophie was calling everyone over. She was about to cut the cake for her ‘half birthday’, the one thing that girl loves as much as throwing party’s was cake. Everyone gathered around this huge cake that could feed 100s, I noticed Jess with Harry’s arm around her, I wonder what happened there? Then I could help but notice Niall with Yasmin laughing, they seemed to be really hitting it off, I felt happy Niall was getting along with my friends. But, there’s a but? I couldn’t help but question how I was feeling. A little part of me couldn’t help but feel jealous, I don’t know why, it’s not like Niall is mine to feel like that, but I couldn’t help it. Stop it Sam, I thought to myself, you’ve got a boyfriend who loves you and you love him too. Well I think love him, what if I don’t love him? What if I actually have feeling for Niall? And now he likes my best friend? No! I had to stop over thinking it, I love Jamie and that was the end of it. Niall is just my friend who can like whoever he wants, and if he happens to like Yasmin, one of my best friends, good because she’s an amazing girl and he’d be lucky to have her.

*After the party*

It was 1am and the party was over and last people had just left, it was just me and the girls left to help Sophie clean up.

“The party was a great success!” Sophie said excited standing on the stage where the DJ was, “probably the best one I’ve ever thrown!”

“Yeah the best,” Tyler said with a hint of sarcasm relentlessly picking cups from the floor, “but also the messiest.”

“Oh don’t worry about that!” Sophie exclaimed, “The cleaners will come tomorrow and sort that out. But now are you guys all sleeping over here tonight!” she seemed a little drunk and jumped off the stage.

“No, only Zsa zsa & and Tyler are staying over, my mum said me and Jess have to get home by 2” I explained.

“And my mum said I have to be home by 1,” Yasmin said looking at her watch, “holy shit it’s 1:01!! My mum is going to kill me!!” she said running to get her stuff.

“Aw okay,” Sophie said sadly, “okay there’s a car outside ready to take you home.”

Yes, she had a driver; I told you she was loaded. “C’mon guys!” Yasmin called from the door that girl is seriously scared of her mum but she’s become pro at dealing with her over the years, we went to get our stuff and went to meet Yasmin at the door. “See ya guys!’ we called.
