Chapter 27 - Story of My Life

*Sam’s POV*

I finished the work that missed and leave class; Jess and Hannah were waiting for me outside my class. “About time,” Hannah says annoyed, “why did you take so long?”

“I got to class late and missed some stuff,” I explained.

“Why were you late? Niall made you lose track of time, eh?” Jess teases.

“Niall??” Hannah said confused.

“Well Hani,” Jess says swinging her arm on Hannah’s shoulder, “your big sister here spent her lunch and her free period on a date with young Niall Horan, isn’t that right Sam?”

“It wasn’t a date, we just hanged out and had some food, and we’re just friends.” I explained.

“Sure you are,” Hannah says sarcastically, her and Jess begin to laugh.

I roll my eyes, “if you’ve forgotten I’ve got a boy-” I began to say when I was interrupted by Jamie coming behind me and kissing me, “-friend.”

“Hey babe,” he mumbles in ear, wrapping his arm around me, “I thought we could do something tonight, I’ve got my house to myself for the week so I wondered if we could hang out.” When he said ‘hang out’ it meant snogging and him attempting to get in to my pants, which was pretty annoying.

“Sorry, I can’t I’ve got plans with my sister,” which was a half lie but I didn’t want to tell him I had plan with Niall too.

“Sister? I didn’t know you have a sister” Jamie questions.

“Yep, I do,” and I point at Hannah who was standing right in front of him, she gives him a little awkward wave, “this is my sister Hannah.”

“Oh hey,” he says giving Hannah one of his charming smiles, “Year 10 right? You’re in my brother’s year.”

“Yep,” Hannah says awkwardly.

“Well yeah me and my sister have really important plans and we’ve got to go or we’re going to be late for them,” I continue to explain, and Hannah gives me the most confused look, “so sorry, got to go, bye!” I say then lead myself, Jess and Hannah out the school.

“What was that all about?” Hannah asks, “I didn’t know we had plans.”

“You’ll see” I wink at her and she simply shrugs. We get outside and Niall was waiting, punctually as usual. As he walks towards us Hannah whispers in my ear, “oh my god is that who I think it is?” I nod.

“Hey bud!” Niall says greeting me with a hug, “and hey Jess, nice to see you ya!

“Hey nice to see you too,” Jess smiles at him then turning her head to me and giving the ‘get in there’ look.

“And you must be the famous Hannah,” Niall turns to Hannah.

Hannah looked gob smacked and a little pale I was worried she was going to faint or something, “say hi Hannah,” I nudge her.

“H-h-hi…” she manages to voice, “y-y-you know my name… I can’t even… air … thinning …head feeling … light,” Hannah faints, I manage to catch her just in time and slap her face.
