ELEVEN AND STRANDED: The Beginning

Rexy

Rexy is a happy-go-lucky girl who almost never takes anything seriously.  Unless she is in combat she isn't serious about anything else.  She can communicate with animals and she also has a unique fighting style.  She trained at a mixed martial arts academy until she was 12.  That was when she found out her father was Apollo.  She had one quest but it didn't end well.  It was a delivery of a scroll that contained peace documents to a nearby alliance member.  While on the transport she took a wrong turn and ended up getting everyone else killed.  She also lost the scroll while escaping the ambush.  Her camp had to send a representative to discuss matters of war against a nearby kingdom.  She fights with a Chinese Polearm with Celestial Bronze on one tip and Imperial Gold on the other tip.  She is now 15 and all alone because during the war all of her friends were killed or went missing.  Walking with her shame she found the lost documents and put them in her pack.  It is a reminder that she messed up and they were not prepared for the war because she failed to deliver the scroll.  She carries it in hopes that one day she will begin to find her true calling.

Skyler "So what is your name?"  Rexy "I am Rexy and I've been roaming these woods for two years all alone.  My camp was attacked by some thieves and we declared war on them.  It didn't end well, I was the only one to escape in time."  "What did they call themselves?"  "They said they were there to take all our belongings in the name of the Rebels.  We discovered where they had a camp set up and then decided to get some of the nearby camps to help us.  Only one responded and I was to deliver this scroll to them.  This contains all of our trade agreements in exchange for their help.  While on route to the camp I took a wrong turn and got my squadron killed.  While I was escaping the ambush I dropped the scroll.  Three days went by and we were attacked a second time.  This time we fought back but were extremely unprepared for it.  The thieves took everything, killed my mother and also half of our council.  I barely escaped that onslaught and found the scroll while making my escape.  I carry it with me as a reminder of what I had and all my friends."

"Why didn't you just get rid of it and forget it happened?"  "It was my fault so I couldn't just run away from it.  I am hoping that someone else managed to survive that battle."  MCRC "You need to get some rest, I'll take first watch.  Maximus will take second watch.  Finally Lydia will take the final watch.  Breakfast is at 0730."  Rexy "MCRC the Rogue Warrior is in this group."  MCRC "I am tending to Kaitlin right now.  I'm hoping that she just passed out from the fight and will be fine in the morning."  "Wait something someone told me once was that I am destined to join a crew and take down an entire army in order to save the world."  "One of the Eleven."  "How did you know that?"  "Well, we are part of the Eleven."  "So this is where I belong, I will not screw this up for you."  "We all make mistakes.  My mistake was leaving my family when they needed me the most.  I had to leave, I didn't have a choice.  We were watching the news one day when the draft numbers came across.  My numbers were pulled and I had to respond."  "Being a son of Mars/Ares has its perks.  I protected my squadron and brought every man home in my platoon.  When I left the services I started a new organization dedicated to protecting the public, the Brotherhood of Assassins Guild."

"I've heard of the group." "Well now you know the leader of the group. For the last two years I have been searching for someone special. She and I were on a date when all Hell broke lose at the theatre we were attending. We were watching a musical when the theatre was attacked." There is a rustle in the bushes outside of the cave. MCRC "Stay here and tend to Kaitlin. I will go check out what's happening outside. Ender stand guard at the cave entrance." Rexy "I will do what I can but her condition is slightly advanced. What is our timeline?"

"By now we have about two days to rescue Rumor." "Who is Rumor?" "Rumor Smith daughter of Ares. She was trying to prove that she was the best warrior that CHB has ever seen. She overheard Chiron and Poseidon discussing something about a war that was about to begin. The war deals with the Eleven as well as the Titans and Giants. What most people don't know is that I was there for that conversation. Chiron and Poseidon were discussing the very real possibility of war in the coming weeks. I briefly mentioned that I would personally take charge of a small elite commando unit to secure any info regarding the problem. 16 weeks went by and no progress was made. Two days later everything changed. The barrier faded away and the camp was completely vulnerable." MCRC gets up and walks outside of the cave. What he sees will change the whole quest.
