Cara's POV:
It was officially spring break, and I was stuck in the basement of some frat house. I thought they would let me go once the drugs were sold, but that was wishful thinking.
"Come on!" I screamed at the door, my voice echoing in the room, "I did what you want now let me go!" The door swung open and the guy in the red hoodie came in.
"Don't you ever shut up?" he asked, grumbling as he handed me a bagel.
"Maybe I would be quiet if I wasn't locked in this room all the time," I said, glaring at him. "Why can't I just get out of here, I sold all of your dumb drugs."
"You could go to the police," he explained, "we can't get in trouble for this."
"Maybe don't kidnap people next time?" I scoffed and rolled my eyes, "I have my own business I need to get back to you know." If I didn't get out of here soon, I might lose my scholarship.
"Here, let me help," he threw a wad of cash at my feet, "it's 5% of the drug money, just in case," and with that he walked out of the room.
"How's $250 supposed to help me pay for college?" I called after him, but he was already out the door.

Quinn's POV:
We got back to our motel late that night, and I fell asleep right away. I'm the morning, I woke up and Luke was leaning over me.
"Jesus Christ Luke," I screamed, practically falling out of bed, "what are you doing?"
"It's a about time you woke up, we have an hour until we need to be on our plane," he said smiling, then he turned his back to me and started packing his suitcase.
"You could have just woken me up," I grinned and went to the bathroom. I was a mess, my makeup from yesterday was smeared all over my face and my hair was frizzy. I jumped in the shower and let the warm water wash over me. When I was done, I walked out and Luke wasn't in the room.
"Hello?" I asked, I looked around and his suitcase was still there. The door to the room opened and Luke walked in, eating an apple.
"Did you know they have these for free in the lobby?" he asked, I laughed and shook my head. I glanced over at the clock and it was 9:30 already.
"Crap," I said, "we need to get to the airport or we're gonna miss the flight." We rushed out and grabbed a taxi to take us straight to the airport.

"Hey Cara," Luke said in the taxi, "I need to talk to you."
"Okay..." I said, uncertain, "what's up?" I glanced around awkwardly.
"Do you think we can trust Leo?" he asked. I was so confused.
"Why shouldn't we trust him?" I asked, I knew Luke didn't like Leo very much but I didn't have Leo pegged as untrustworthy.
"I don't know, he just kind of has this weird vibe," Luke said, "I mean he was hacking into her computer and tracing texts... it was all kind of weird."
"But he's her brother, why would he lead us wrong?" I didn't know what Luke was trying to get at.
"Well there was all that stuff he said about Cara, and you didn't know any of it," he added, "what if he was making it up?" That was a decent point, but still.
"Look Luke, I've only known Cara for two years and obviously there's a lot she never told me." I said, frustrated, "All I know is that Leo is probably the only way we're going to find Cara, and I'm gonna trust him." Luke looked like he just got smacked in the face.
"Alright, alright," he said, giving up, "I just care about you and I don't want to see Leo get you hurt." I was taken aback at that. I barely knew Luke and he was acting like we were a couple. Maybe it was a mistake kissing him on the plane that one day.
