I did not actually wake till morning, when a croissant and luke-warm café latte were waiting to greet me, but no professor.
There was a note under the coffee cup.
"Thanks for last night! Can you meet me at the Two Spoons, 1pm, for lunch?"
How nice! I hadn't heard of this place, but I could look it up easily. I was hoping it was somewhere posh!
After that, I just wandered around a little, dazed and happy, picking up the odd book and eventually stumbling across a small bathroom with a shower. It looked like Professor East had put out a towel for me. My lower body was a little greasy, and it took me a while to get clean.
Drifting back into the main office, I eyed a small chest-of-drawers, opened the top draw, and found a small pair of black panties, which I slipped on before getting dressed.
It seemed a bit of a liberty on my part. But given the events of the previous evening, I figured she would forgive me.
Of course, in my head, I went over what had happened. But I also reflected on what hadn't happened between us. For a start, we had not even kissed. Second, I had hardly touched my professor, other than lying across her lap.
Oh well! I reflected with half a smile. There would be plenty of time to explore those possibilities. I could feel myself getting warm just from that thought alone.
Hopefully I would also learn bit more about literature – and life – along the way.
The truth is, I could hardly wait for lunchtime.
THE END
**Opinions, did it make you appreciate English Literature more or did you just skip to the sexy and naughty scenes**
