The year was 2014 it was a weekend in January, my Aunt Dinorah who was my favorite Aunt and always thought of me as her second daughter wanted to throw a party for my two cousins Christopher and Camila. Christopher was turning ten and Camila was going to be one. She invited half of the family members, and friends and sure wasn't I excited to see everybody that I haven't seen in a while. Throughout the day everybody who was coming I would say hi to but when that one person that I haven't seen since I was a baby came right threw that door. My face was filled happiness when I saw him. This guy that I haven't seen in forever finally walked threw that door he was 24 years old wearing baggy dark blue jeans with a dark navy shirt and some white Jordans, his hair was mid- long the color black, his eyes were a nice light brown color. It was my cousin Angel who I haven't seen for a while we hugged and talked.

"Hey Alondra, I haven't seen you in a while. How have you been?" asked Angel.

" Hey cousin, I've been good and you? I really miss you." explained Alondra.

" I really miss you too, maybe we should talk later and see what's new?" Explained Angel

"Yeah I agree we should."
He turns around looks at me and says
"You looking really gorgeous, cousin." Angel said with a big smile. I guess you could say I looked nice. I was wearing a dark floral shirt with a long black skirt and my hair put up in a ponytail with my bangs on the side. I felt flattered that someone told me I looked nice because even I thought I did a pretty good job.

Furthermore, later on this hello kitty and the soccer theme party was still going on. He was away from me and I was doing my own thing with my cousins in the living room playing games like soccer, a munch of shooting games and watching some tv threw out. After the kids played games, had some cake and after hitting the hello kitty and soccer piñata and the adults were doing there own thing has well. As the hours passed by during the party people were dancing, drinking and the kids were all falling asleep or just bored. I was hanging out with my cousins Jackie, Tina and Diana who are all sisters and a year an half apart planing all the things we wanted to do in the summer because they were always busy now because they have jobs. We planned to go to Disney land, Great America. Out of nowhere, Angel got in our conversation and was saying that he would also take me wherever I wanted to go I just had to text or call him.
"No thank you." I said nervously.
I look at him and I see him have a smile and somewhat a sad face after I replied.
Later on everybody was helping throwing things away and to see what they were gonna keep for the next party they would have. I was too busy laughing for no reason and my family thought I had to much sweets. After that awkwardly moment I went outside alone standing there watching my uncles karaoke to all their favorite songs that I didn't really listen to because I don't know half of the words. Angel comes up to me and started talking to me.

"hey, haven't talked to you since I said hi" said Angel
"Hey, and yeah we haven't talked". Explained Alondra
"So how have you been?"Angel said.
I made a face that I didn't really want to talk to him because I was exhausted and just wanted to be alone.
"I've been better and you?" Answered Alondra
He randomly made a side smile and just looked at me. But I didn't even bother to turn my head towards him and see what he was thinking about.
"Why don't you come to my house, Alondra." He said sadly
"Because I don't want to. I haven't seen you in a while what makes you think I would go to your house?" Asked Alondra in a worry, upset voice.
"I thought you would just want to visit me and catch up on what I missed." Sighed Angel

As he said that I slowly walked away towards the sliding doors that led back inside the house where everybody was at because it was getting cold outside and said I would be right back but I didn't want to talk to him anymore only because I didn't feel the same around him since I haven't seen him in a while. As I went slowly I was talking to my grandma. She was wearing a black shirt with a nice light flower shirt that had brighten every time the sunshine would hit it. She would understand whatever I was feeling so has she saw me go up to her she said.
"What's wrong, Mija?"
