Chapter Twenty-Five

~An Hour Later~

~Gilinsky's POV~

The doctors have done everything they could to save Jack. But sadly they couldn't save him in time. I just lost the person who's been by my side my whole life. I lost my brother/Best friend today. Shay, man, this is all so much worse for her. She lost her husband today, due t our stupid actions. She's most mad at Maze than me, I don't know why though. It was Shay and I in Jack's room, saying our final good byes. "I hate this so much." She says quietly. I look over to her, her skin is a white ghostly color, and her lips are now a grey-ish pink color. "I'm so sorry you have to go through this again Shay, you don't deserve this, Any of it." I manage to choke out and I begin to cry again. She looks oer to me and we engulf each other into a bear hug. 

"I hate her so much G, I'm sorry. I know she's your wife. But she's also the reason Jack is in the hospital, lifeless. She's the reason my kids have no father." I understand every bit of this. "I'm mad with her too, even though I was in the same car. She may be my wife, but She knew she was drunk, she was more sober than us too. But not by much, I hate to say this, but she's the reason my brother is dead. I love her, but I can't forgive her." She nods as we stand with each other still embracing each other. 

~Johnson's POV~

I know exactly what's going on. I can see my lifeless body on the gurney, watching every one say their final goodbyes to me. What hurts me the most is that I'll never see my baby's grow up. "Jack." I turn around to see, Kian? "Hey man." He looks down at what I've been watching, G and Shay are now saying their good byes. "I miss her so damn much man." I look back to Kian and I see Blaze when I do. "Kian. You know Dash was 3 months when you died right?" He looks back at me and nods. "Yeah, Like Shay said, I'm their guardian angel." He smiles and I smile as well. We both chuckle realizing we both died the same way, but he lasted longer than I did. 

"Blaze is exactly like you man." We're both looking down and Shay is now in the room with our kids with Sammy, Sam, Nate, and Jc. "Thank you. For making her feel loved when I wasn't there too. I'm happy she said yes to you Jack. But I hate how we ended up with the same fate." I nod in agreement. "I hope she ends up with Sammy. I know what he's done in the past. But I also know what he feels towards Shay.Even though we were married, he told me everything, along with Nate." "Man, It's almost time for us to go now." I nod, as I see Shay take off all my accessories and put them on herself. I smile to myself. "I'll always watch over you and love you guys. 

~Shay's POV~

Every one went back home, except for Sammy. I told everyone to go back home while I walk in the gloomy weather of December. I know Sammy is following me, he doesn't seem to think I know it though. I begin to sing 'Aftertaste', I turn around to meet face to face with Sammy. I stop in my tracks while he walks closer to me. He begins to rap what I sing. I've lost two people who gave me something oh so precious. I'm now crying and so is Sammy. "I'm suing Maze, her personally." I admit, When I said I would. I fucking meant it. This is her fault, She's no longer my 'sister' she's now someone who murdered my husband. 

Sammy pulls me into his embrace, and I take in his scent. "Sammy." I look up to him as he looks down. "Yeah, what's on your mind baby girl?" Sammy has always called me this, but little does he know. I know exactly how he feels. "Jack told me how you feel about me." He sighs, but tightens his grip on me. "I'm sorry, I just couldn't tell you. after all the horrible shit I've done. I just knew you would reject me. But I'm here to stay by your side, I'll never leave you when you need me. I'm not just saying this either, I'll prove it to you if I must." I tighten my grip around him as well, as we continue our journey home. 

~1 Year Later~

~Sammy's POV~

It's been a year since Jack has passed, Shay did end up suing Maze. Gilinsky and Shay have grown closer, brother and sister wise. Shay still can't forgive Maze to this day for what she's done, but they're working on their relationship. Kia is now 5, Blaze is now 8, Merida and August, are now 11 I believe. every one now has a girlfriend, and they're as happy as can be. Nate and Dexis got married a few months ago, and that's when I asked Shay to be my girlfriend. She said yes, thank god. We're all 24, except Hayes and his Girlfriend, they're 20 and 21. "Babe?" Shay calls out, I turn around and smile. "Yes princess?" She blushes at my name for her. She smiles at me and walks closer to me and kisses me so passionately, I kiss back of course. 

"You Did This." She smiles at me. I look at her confusingly. "If you hadn't done what you did 8 or 9 years ago, we wouldn't be together to this day." I smiles at her and kiss her passionately once more."I Did This?" She nods her head and smiles.
