IMAGINE!
You’re going on a 3rd year anniversary with Louis, you’ve been dating since you were 16. You got a text from him saying
“Be there in 5 J”
You smiled then replied with
“I’ll be waiting J”
Then it actually sunk in, you’re not even ready yet, you run to your closet and grab a beautiful ‘little black dress’ from your closest that Louis bought you. As soon as you were done putting on your dress you heard your mom call out saying that Louis was here.
You ran out of your room grabbing everything that you needed, without stopping your feet.
Louis’ jaw dropped once you walked down the stairs, making you even more nervous then you already were. Once you got to the bottom of the steps Louis’ jaw still wasn’t in place, it started to concern you.
“What does it look bad?” you panicked.
“Babe you look, you look beautiful!” Louis said picking you up and spinning you around, planting his soft lips on yours; you never wanted the moment to end until your mom started saying “awe”
“Come on Lou, let’s go” you said, laughing dragging him out of the house “ Bye mom” you called out, but you left to quickly to hear her reply.
You sat in Louis’ car jamming out to yours and his song, Ever After by Mariana’s Trench. It was perfect, you couldn’t ask for anything else, that could’ve been the date and you would’ve been happy.
“Enjoying yourself?” Louis Laughed, putting his arm around you, but still focusing on the old dirt road.
“Of course I am, aren’t you?” You replied looking up at Louis.
“Y/N, just being with you is all I need, I’m happy every moment that I’m with you” Louis said smiling.
You smiled, and went to kiss him.
The car stopped and you stopped kissing Louis.
“Are we here?” You said, trying to be happy of the spot, but it was the side of the dirt road, with thick bush running down the sides.
“Of course not silly, I wanted to give you a proper kiss, now come over here” Louis said patting his lap.
You gently slid on his lap, swung you hair to the one side and kissed your boyfriend. You stopped kissing him.
“Uh uh” Louis said shaking his finger “I get more of a kiss then that, I’ve been driving for an hour”
You rolled your eyes, and kissed him again, this time you run your fingers threw his hair, yours and Louis’ lips are locked tight together. His hands grab a hold of your waist and he slid you closer to him. Your eyes finally open realizing the kiss was done.
“NOW THAT’S A KISS!” Louis yelled, as you slid back into your seat.
------------------Awhile later---------------
“Babe we’re here” Louis said with a huge smile on his face. It was a beautiful spot, there was a lake, a cute cabin, and trees EVERYWHERE. It was perfect.
“Go explore, I will set up” Louis said, unloading his car. You ran off into the cabin, it was beautiful. You didn’t even get to go anywhere else because you were daydreaming of the cabin, when Louis called you outside.
“Picnic?” Louis asked, standing behind a huge picnic basket set up on a blanket with candles.
“Yes!” you say running towards him.
Once you two where done your picnic it was dark out, but not completely, the sky was lit with billions of stars.
You lay on the blanket as Louis made a fire to keep you warm. You were fascinated by how many stars there were.
“They’re beautiful aren’t they?” Louis said lying down beside you.
“Very” You replied. “ Louis can I ask you a question” you asked turning your head to look him in the eyes.
“Yes you can” He said, with a twinkle in his eye.
“What do you love about me?” You said.
He looked up, then back at you and said “There’s not just one thing I love about you, see how many stars there are?”
You nodded.
“Well that’s how many reasons I love you” He said.
You raised your arm and pointed to a non bright star and said “What’s that ones reason?”
Louis said “your smile”
He extended his arm out and pointed to a star and said “that ones your eyes, and that one is your personality, and that one is your hair, and that one over there is for how you make everything positive even when it’s hard to, and that ones for your kind heart, and that one way over there is your kisses, and this one right here is your hugs” He paused then pointed to the brightest star in the sky and said “that bright one right there this star tells me that me and you are going to be together forever.”
You looked over at Louis with tears in your eyes, and smiled “ I love you”
“I love you too Y/N” Louis said gently playing with your hair, until you fell asleep.
------------------------50 YEARS LATER-----------------------
“Louis what are you doing” You called out, watching the old man you loved.
“Packing up the car, we’re going out” Louis said “Come get in the car, beautiful.”
You got into Louis’ rusty old car
“Why won’t you tell me where we are going” You asked Louis.
“Because it’s special” Louis said smiling at you.
------------------1 HOUR LATER------------
“See that spot over there Y/N” Louis said pointing to the side of the road.
You nodded your head.
“That’s a very special spot” He said tears filling his eyes.
You smiled, remembering why it was special.
--------LATER ON---------
“We’re here” Louis shouted, happy as he’d been in years.
You looked around, You saw a beautiful lake, a cute cabin, and a bunch of tree’s everywhere, and all the stars were out.
You and Louis Lay on the ground looking up at the sky, when you asked the very same question you did years ago.
“Louis can I ask you a question?” You said looking over at your husband.
“Yes you can love” He said looking at you.
“What do you love about me” You asked
