It was your first year anniversary of being with Niall, but it felt like you were the only one that remembered.
“Niall” You called out, looking for him.
“Over here” He called out, sounding like he was in the living room.
You go see Niall who was laying on the couch, texting. You hop on the couch and snuggle in, or at least try.
“Y/N, not now” He said “I’m busy”
You crawled off the couch, hurt. You left the room to call your best friend.
“He just doesn’t remember” You cried to her.
“Oh Y/N, that’s horrible” She said back.
“Y/N” Niall yelled
“WHAT” you yelled, drying your tears.
“Come here” He said
“Gotta go” You told your best friend, hanging up the phone.
You walk out of your bedroom into the living room to see Niall on one knee, with a navy blue box, inside at the most beautiful ring.
“Y/N, will you marry me?” Niall asked.
Tears fell from your eyes and you nodded your head yes, to chocked up to actually say anything. He slid the ring on your finger, and then he kissed you. You let your hands grip around his neck. When the kiss was finished, he hugged you and said
“I didn’t forget, I just didn’t want to spoil the surprise”
