My High School Reunion

Chapter 2

Nate's P.O.V:

"Wow" I whispered as soon as Lia stepped through the doors. Her friends rushed over and I leant to hear their conversation "Where the hell have you been? Sam has been going out of his mind worrying whether or not you can meet Ray" she gasped "I am so sorry Sam let me just put my stuff down, get a drink and I will happily meet your man. Is he fit?" Roxy and Belle laughed "What?! It's a reasonable question, I need some decent eye candy to feast my eyes over" I looked over at Jordan and Ashton and they both had their mouths open "No way is that Amelia" Jordan said "Yeah tell me about it." I replied.

I watched Lia lean over the bar and grab the bottle of vodka and a glass "So Sam where is Ray?" he looked back at her and smiled "Right behind you" she squealed and turned around. Sam pointed between the two of them "Ray, Lia. Lia, Ray" she ran over and gave him a hug "Hi nice to meet you" he looked shocked "Smile you hunk I'm not that scary honest" I heard Roxy make a pft noise "Lia stop talking shit." Roxy leant over to us "She is scary, you should hear her teach" I choked on my drink "She's a teacher?" as a reply  she just nodded "And a damn fine one at that" yep I definitely agree with that.

Lia noticed that Belle and Roxy were talking to us and came over with Sam and Ray. "Hey who are these guys?" Belle pointed at each one of us "Nate, Jordan, Ashton" she raised an eyebrow "Nice to meet you. So what do you guys do?" I smiled at her "I'm in the army, Jordan is in the Navy and Ashton is in the RAF" she wolf whistled, actually wolf whistled "Nice -" before she could continue she froze as a song came on. She turned to a guilty looking Belle "Please tell me you didn't" she smirked "Oh but I did. You need to get laid and whenever you dance to this men just follow you around like a puppy" she groaned "Fine but I need some Dutch courage first so come on hand over the bottle" Lia literally drank half the bottle and then moved and started dancing and I'd be lying if I didn't get hard watching her.

As Def Leppard's 'Pour Some Sugar On Me' continued Roxy and Belle stayed and talked to us - although I doubt they would continue to do so if they knew who we were - Jordan asked her how she knew what she was like dancing to this song her reply made me feel guilty "Well in high school us three were always considered nerds, but I couldn't blame them because we were. The only thing no one ever knew was that she was a dancer, you name it she could dance to it and that's how we met Sam, he was her dance partner. Anyway, one time we were out celebrating their win at a competition and this song came on and she just let loose and we had to keep the boys away from her and prevent them from giving her their number. She caused quite a scene."

I noticed Ash was talking to Roxy and I could see that he really liked her - you could see it in his eyes and his smile - all I could think of though was how different the Amelia I knew and the Amelia that she actually was were extremely different, almost like she was two different people. Lia came back over as soon as the song finished and grabbed herself another drink. I decided that I would ask her about the reunion but not clue her in on who I was. "So, I hear that you are organising some sort of reunion?" she turned to face me and smiled "That is correct. Bloody thing is a pain in my ass" I laughed "Why would you say that?" she took a swig of her drink "Because I have to organise it all - the drinks, food, music, invites, venue and all that jazz. I have no time as it is and my boss thought it would be a great idea because he feels like it would bring everyone back together and old friendships can be rekindled, even love. But, that last one is a joke, all high school romances were a joke. Not one person I know fell so in love that they are still together, which means that things are going to get awkward" oh, she thought that love was a joke.

"Yeah, but surely seeing everyone again will be nice" she smirked "Yeah just to see what the bullies say about me, Belle and Roxy. We were always bullied for no reason and now they are going to choke on every single mean thing they have said to us and I cannot wait to see it!"

Well shit!

I hope you liked this chapter even though it is a long one. Hopefully the next one will be longer and more will happen but they will still remain in the nightclub! ;D

I hope the pictures are to your satisfaction. If you want to let me know which job has the fittest workers - police officer, fireman, doctor/nurse, soldier, navy, RAF, marines, teacher, secretary, etc. and maybe I can try and incorporate them into the story for you? ;) :P
