Nicole is like your average young adult. Trying to figure out what happens in this world, what love is, and who to trust.
Well, let's look at the facts.
The world is too complicated to figure out, love always seems to screw up, and trusting people l...
Alice sighs loudly, making sure Nicole could hear her. The room smelled of paint, and was neatly decorated. Yet, Alice didn't think it was good enough.
On Nicole's side, she had a black wall. Her bed was mad up of black sheets, a red comforter, and black pillows. The bed frame was red and her rugs black. The flooring around the whole rooms was the same. A light brown wood. In the corner was a black desk, and a new laptop. Nicole herself was seated on the bed, going through pictures she wanted to hang up.
Alice's side was the same black wall. Her sheets were black, the comforter a bright blue, and her pillows were black with blue dots. She had no rugs. But instead, she got blue curtains for the only window in the room that happened to be on her side. Leftover paint laid at the door, which Nicole said she would take out.
She sighed loudly again, so Nicole groaned. "What is your problem, Alice?"
"Insanity."
"I don't care," Nicole retorts back, crossing her arms. "You need to learn that I'm not as bad as you think."
Alice scoffs, looking at the younger woman. Her blue-green eyes stare at Nicole as she talks. "I've heard about you, Nicole Simone Chesser. You're a bad girl, really bad. I would suggest that you shut up before I show you that someone is stronger than you're weak ass."
Nicole grunted, and stood up. Her brown hair cascaded over her face until she pushed it away. Her nostrils flared. "Fine," she whispers. "But watch your back, because you're gonna get it one of these days."
The sound of a door slamming went through the whole room, as Nicole and her paint went away.

"So, now what do you want to do?" Hunter asks, putting his feet over the arm of the couch. Lori shrugged, looking over to Tyler.
"What are you looking at me for?" He exclaims, throwing a small pillow at Hunter's head. It hit him, and he drops his phone.
"Dammit," he curses under his breath.
These siblings have been bored for hours, waiting for their ride. Elliot and Evan were supposed to pick them up from the crappy hotel they had to stay in. Lori was tired, Tyler was annoyed, and Hunter was bored.
Finally, a black car pulls up, and Elliot spills from the passenger side to the ground. A look of relief goes over her face.
"Oh, ground, how I've missed thou!" She exclaims, bending down to kiss the ground. Evan is right there though, and he picks her up before she can. "Hey!"
"First of all," Evan starts, "my driving isn't that bad. And second, don't kiss the ground. Who knows what kind of stuff happens there, everyday, Ell."
She shrugs, looking at the siblings. Tyler had shot up, and Hunter was on the ground from Lori pushing him off. He didn't look up when they had pulled up, because he was too busy watching YouTube.
Tyler rushes over, throwing his bag at Evan. "Let's go, I'm ready to go."
Evan chuckles and throws the bag into the back, while the siblings climb in. When everyone had entered the car, the conversation strikes.
"So," Tyler says, "Nicole has her own room now? That kind of isn't fair on our behalf, seeing as we're sharing one room."
"Not on her own!" Elliot exclaims. "With Jonathan's sister. Remember her? Alice, the person who ate your birthday cake when we were eight?"
Everyone laughs, and Tyler nods. "I remember that," Hunter pipes up. "Lori was afraid to speak to Alice."
"No I wasn't!" Lori hits Hunter on the shoulder. "Yeah, she was a bit freaky when we we're eight. But now I can't wait to see her."
Hunter scoffs, wanting to make a comeback. "What, so she can see all the scars you've mad on those arms of yours? She won't be happy to see you, Lori."
The car goes silent, and Lori's eyes get misty. Tyler pulls her into a side hug, glaring at his brother.
"Not cool."
When they pulled up to the house, the only thing they saw was black paint falling from the roof, and someone below scream.
"WHAT THE FUCK!" Alice screamed, shaking her hands. Up above, Nicole laughed loudly, the empty paint can in her hands. She dropped it down, but Alice moved before it hit her. "YOU BITCH!"
"SERVES YOU RIGHT!" Nicole yelled back. "Pick on someone you're own size, ya jerk!"
"Oh, I'll show you jerk," Alice whispers, and before she can stomp off, Elliot has her arms in her grip. Tyler grabs her shoulders, and looks into her paint covered face.
"Stop," he whispers gently. "No need to make everything worse. Nic can deal with the consequences later. Come on."
Black paint covers the grass as they walk inside.
