Chapter 9 : I'm here for you

It's the holidays so I have way to much spare time to write this so expect a lot of content.

I felt his grip loosen as he set me down on his bed, it was so fluffy.
"Don't leave me." I sobbed into his arms.
"I won't I promise. Look at me." Max's soothing voice comforted me.
I opened my eyes and gazed into his brown ones full of worry.
"You need them let them go, please.. You are only hurting yourself. Please for me." Max whispered.
I pulled him into me and hugged him,  I felt like I was dying.
"Hum, _________ I have a surprise." Max moved out of the way and I looked at the room properly for the first time. A big TV was mounted on the wall the bed we were sitting on was covered in the fluffiest of blankets, next to the bed was a box of chocolate and popcorn.
Max opened the mini fridge next to it, it was full of ice-cream and slushies along with a couple of bottles of water.
By the TV was a big stack of movies and Netflix was open on the screen.
Max handed me my pajamas and a big hoodie.
"Wow, I.. You did this all for me ?" I asked in shock.
"Yea, you can thank Alesa for giving me a hand while we took you out. I just didn't want you to be unhappy all the time... I like your smile and well I don't get to see it very often." He smiled sadly at me.
"You're amazing, you know that." I said as I picked up my pajamas.
He blushed as I got up to go get changed in the bathroom.
"Hum, Max could you just turn around so I can get changed ?" I asked.
"Oh yea, sure." He turned away and I quickly got changed.
"You can look now." I smiled
"Cute." He hugged me.

*Max's Pov*

She was so cute I blushed realizing I had said it out-loud but I couldn't help it she looked amazing in my hoodie. Her hair brushing against my shoulder, adorable.
"So what do you want to watch first ?" I asked her.
"Hum I'm kind of a action movie girl really. So hum Iron Man ?" She grinned at me.
"Of course, ha fancy that it's on Netflix right now." I switched it on and handed her a pot of vanilla ice-cream with caramel swirl and a spoon.
She snuggled into me making my heart race.

*Time skip to about half way into the movie*

"I love you Max" I looked down at her.
"What did you say ?" I asked her surprised.
"Humm, Hmm." She murmured into my chest.
I looked down to see she was fast asleep and switched off the movie gently taking the ice-cream of her and putting it back in the little fridge and tucking her under the covers.
"Don't leave me Max... Please..." She whispered in her sleep
"Don't worry I'm just getting changed." I said putting on a pair of jogging bottoms, taking my tee-shirt off and flicking off the lights.
I got in bed next to her and she immediately put one arm around me holding onto me.
She made my heart race but her heart had just been broken and I wasn't about to take advantage of that.
I spent the next hour debating with myself, if I loved her or not and what to do about it.
You bearly knew her but she already had your heart racing and your mind spinning.
God I loved her I told my self as I finally managed to fall asleep.
