ADJACENT BUILDING: Floor 7: 11:00 A: M
Stephanie Walker was on the seventh floor of a building overlooking the Construction zone where the battle was taking place.
And yes, she was recording it all with her Cellphone.
She couldn't see much, but she knew that down below in the Construction zone something was going on, because she could see her associates "the vigilantes" down there in the construction yard.
Along with other Metahumans, most of them out cold....or in one's case, trapped in a giant glass water picture!
What was going on here?
She wanted to continue filming, but remembering her promise to M-leader stopped.
This was too big of an inside story she had going on, she didn't want to blow it.
But maybe M-leader wouldn't know....oh who was she kidding, the guy was a mind reader. He would know!
And if that happened, there goes the story of her career!
She stopped her train of thought when she saw one of the figures down there in the Construction zone, rise up and float through the air.
Temptation almost went in for her to resume recording when she saw that, but she stopped when she saw them. The Heroes Legion emerged from inside the Building.
The floating boy with the icy blue hair faced them, and she could see the look of fear on the Legion's faces.
The floating boy then spoke, well; it's more than likely he yelled. Because even at a distance, Stephanie could hear a muffled but clear enough reception of what the boy was saying to the Legion.
"You messed with me and my team for the last time, your death warrants have been signed!" the floating boy said.
She then watched the floating boy shot some kind of purplish blue energy out of his hands at the Heroes Legion.
The Legion dogged and the energy beam struck the metal support girder behind them.
She watched with shocked awe as the energy engulfed the girder, and twisted it around into a compressed spiral!
The floating boy was quick, because when the Legion dodged his attack he quickly hit them with another one.
He struck one of the fallen Metahumans littering the area with blue colored energy, the one that looked like a cross between a human and a sea urchin, and by somehow levitating the Metahuman. He began to swing the Porcupine looking metahuman around the Heroes legion area like he was some kind of Flail attached to an invisible string.
While the Legion mostly dodged the assault with the Spiky Metahuman turned weapon, Robo-Warrior wasn't so lucky.
The Spiky metahuman slammed into his Metal body, and sent him careening back into the back area of the Construction zone. Where he vanished under a plume of smoke, concrete dust and debris as the section of the first floor collapsed on top of him.
She saw the witch, Raven Ducard if she remembered correctly, send out a Lightning spell.
The floating boy quickly caused four steel beams to fly up from a pile beside him to the area in front of him to block the attack.
The Metal attracted the lighting, causing the spell to not even get close to its target.
The floating boy then sent the Steel beams flying at the Legion, trying to slam them into mush with them.
