Chapter 4

Jaydes POV

I drove to the hospital. My mama told me to smile when she told me Erin was rushed to the hospital. I wasn't raised to show weakness. You always put on a smile and fool people never let them see you fail.

I walked into Touro hospital and to the receptionist.

"Im here to see, Erin. Erin Johnson. She was just rushed in but I don't know what for." i looked into the receptionist eyes. She was pale with intense green eyes.

"Yes, she's in room 324 ICU floor 5." The lady smiled at me as i headed to the elevator. As soon as I walked into the room my mother looked up. Her eyes were puffy and red.

"Mama, dont cry." I said rushing over to hold her.

"She had a stroke and was stressed out. I didn't know." My mama always taught me not to cry. Crying is only temporary relief. I held my mama as she held Erin's hand in her's. Erin meant everything to my mother. The monitor started to beep as nurse after nurse rushed into the room. Pushing us out. My mama started to shake as i held her some more. I needed to calm her down.

"Mama, shush." I stroked her thick brown hair as we slid down the wall next to the door. The beeping stopped, and after the nurses cleared out the room i slowly picked my mama up and walked her in the room. Erin's eyes were open.

"Are you okay mom?" I sat next to Erin on the bed. She nodded and gripped my hand. I held on to her hand tight. She looked at my mama and forced a smile. Her dark brown skin looked different. She looked like a new person. A sick person. The minutes turned to hours, as we all sat there holding hands and talking. It was 5pm when I left the hospital. My mama stayed with Erin, she didnt want to go home and leave Erin. I checked my phone and saw 2 missed calls from Trinity and 4 text from her. I guess she was worried. I text her back and she asked to come over tomorrow. I know it was a early day but i didnt feel like doing anything. I just went home took a bath and went to sleep. I woke up at 9:52pm, I called my mama at the hospital. She still didnt want to come home. As long as Erin was in the hospital she would be there too. I admired my mom. She didnt care what was going on, family was first.

I went back to sleep not able to eat. I woke up at 7:00am. I got some clothes and headed to McDonalds to get some breakfast.

"Ma, hey Im here. goodmorning!" i walked into the room my mama was feeding Erin hospital food, but Erin was acting like a baby. She refused to eat it. I laughed at the sight.

"GoodMorning, baby. Come on over here." I walked over to my mom and handed her the bag of food. "Thank you. Your mom refuses to eat this food."

"Welcome momma." I turned to Erin and smiled as she looked at me. "GoodMorning, mom! How are you feeling?"

"Fine, now that I got some real food to eat. Your mama been trynna' feed me that nasty food." She laughed as I took the food out the bag and sat it on her lap.

As she ate her food I drunk my mocha. Trinity called.

"Hello."

"Hey, Jayde! I was wondering if you wanted to go swimming today?" I smiled into the phone.

"Yes, sure. We can swim in my pool. I'll pick you up for 3."

"Okay, babe see you than." She hung up the phone before I could say anything back.

"So are ya'll dating?" My mama said.

"Who." I asked like I didn't know.

"You and Trinity!!" Piped in Erin.

"Something like that!" I laughed. It was 8 now. We sat and laughed as I told them all about Tyrell and how she really liked me, than I filled them in on Tryella who talked all day. They just laughed at me. We talked till 2:45 when i left the hospital and headed to Trinity's. I made it at 3 on the dot. She walked out the house and rushed to the car. She spoke and i drove off. Her phone rung and she answered. "Yes, I'll put you on speaker."

"Hey, Jayde!" Yelled the high pitched voice of Tyrell

"Hey, princess. How are you?" I asked as i turned into the community.

"Im sad. Trinity said we couldn't come with you."

I glanced at Trinity before I answered. "I'll come get you next time. When Its your turn to come I'll take you for ice cream. How does that sound?" I smiled.

"Okay, Jayde. I have to go! Love you friend. Bye Bye."

"Love you too." I said as she hung up the phone. I pulled into my drive way and unlocked the door. We walked to my room as I went to my draw and grabbed my baby blue bikini. As I changed Trinity watched me by the door. Her swim suit was already on. We walked down to my backyard and i jumped into the pool. "Come on Trinity! The water is just right!" I yelled.

"I cant swim!" She smiled.

"Its okay, I can swim and the pool is 4-6 feet you'll be okay. We can stand in the shallow end."

"okay."

Trinity POV

I jumped in the water right next to Jayde. She took my to the middle of 5 and 6 feet. I looked into her eyes. That deep brown and streaks of gray always intreged me. She slid me to the wall.

I wrapped my arms around her neck and my legs around her waist as she pinned me to the wall. I leaned in to kiss her. The kiss got deeper and more intense as she pressed harder on my lips. Her toung trailed over my lips as i opened my mouth letting her explore my mouth. Our tounge started to dance in and out of each others mouth. My hands started to trail over her body as i untied the bows on her top. Jayde's top slid off her and my hands went to cup her breast. They were the perfect size in my hands. Her hands started to roam to my bikini as she felt my wetness on the outside of my swim suit. I moaned as we still held our kiss. She moved my bikini over and started to massage me. I moaned louder. She inserted a finger in my wet folds. I bit down on my lip as i broke our kiss. She starred into my eyes as she added another finger. I moaned louder, than she started to go faster and faster and faster. I couldn't take it. I bit down on her neck as wave after wave of pleasure washed over me.
