Chapter 20

"Tr-Trinity.. What are you doing here?"

"I came to see you "

"Are you allowed to be out of the hospital?"

"No, but I came to talk to you. You beed to get back in school. Im not out of the woods yet, but Im taking some of my classes. The teachers have started to record every lesson, so i could get the lesson to."

"Thats good. Are you feeling better?"

"Yea, Im feeling fine. Are you getting better?"

I looked down at my feet I guess you could say i was ashamed that i let everything go.

"Baby?" she said. She picked up her weak arm and bought it to my cheek. "Talk."

"Im sorry." Those were the only words that could escape my lips. She pulled me into a tight hug and kissed my forehead.

"Please get back to yourself. I miss that body." She laughed weakly. "You lettin all my curves go." I laughed at her.

"Your Curves?"

"Yea, baby." She kissed my lips. "They are still my curves right?" Her eyes seemed to get darker. She looked sad.

"Psh, who else they gone be for? I love you, trinity."

"I love you too Jayde." She held me tight for what felt like forever.

"Jayde, its time for dinner." said Jazmine.

"I love you Jayde, I'll be back."

"You wont have to come back. Im getting out of here soon. I love you moreee." She let me go and kissed me passionatly before heading to toward the door. I watched her every step. She waved one last time before disappearing in the elevator doors.

"So, thats the cute little thing!" Said Jazmine. She said it as more of a comment than a question. I just nodded my head. "You guys are so cute together!" She gooed. She was acting like my mama.

"Thank You!" She nodded her head and we headed to the eatting area. It wasnt really a eatting area, it was just a big table that we all ate at when the staff bought up some dinner. I had my food and headed back to my solitary room.

"Tomorrow you'll be moving to a new room."

"Is that good or bad?"

"Its good. Now in this room your under constant surveliance but when you switch your room you wont be watched 24/7. The less the cameras watch you, the better your chances are of going home."

"Oh. My. God. Yes, i was getting tired of those cameras to begin with, im happy its almost over."

"I know you are."

"Thanks Jazmine! For everything."

"Girl, no problem im just glad that your getting better, i been worried about you since i was assighned to be your nurse. You seemed different."

"I know, im glad i have you as my nurse, you really cool people to me and your a really good friend."

"Well, thank you." She smiled big. "You are too. I better get some updates about your progress when you leave!"

"You will!"

"Okay, Jayde. goodnight."

"Goodnight, jazmine dont let the bad bugs bite." i said as she closed the door. We had a certain time to be in bed. The lights automatically shut off in the rooms at 9:00. I sat up in my bed as my mind wondered. I tried to remember every detail about Trinity that i had saw today. As her image came flooding back into my mind, things that i hadn't notice seemed to appear. She had a scar on her arm and one on her neck. I couldnt see why this wasnt recordnizeable from when i saw her. I slowly thought about everything from when we first met, to chassity's deception, to Mr.Travis's behavior. Everything seemed to different. So out of place now. My mind couldnt pin point anything. Its like I had lost the ablility to stay focus. Everything just would come and go in mixed orders. It gave me a headache.
